"Leave my phone! How dare you touch me?!" The woman screamed as I snatched her phone and turned it off. I know, any thug who respects themselves would break it just for the sake of it, but violence and vandalism were still foreign to me. The whole thing felt immoral; I just got swept into Merry's rhythm before I knew it.

"Good job!" Merry cheered, momentarily forgetting what she had to focus on, ignoring the man she was pinning down.

"Thanks, I just did it instinctively," I smiled awkwardly, not knowing what to do with the phone in my hand. Clueless, I just tossed it on the sofa.

"Little Flower, don't call the cops, let me talk it out with them," Jammal called to his wife, making me blink at the unexpected nickname. Ah, it was just an endearing name, forget it. It was cute.

"Big Boy, what are you talking about? I can't let them hurt you anymore!" The woman cried out dramatically, tears flowing from her eyes.
