Chapter 64 Laboratory
In an office building close to the central area, Ishida Kappei placed a stack of papers back into a cabinet that had been broken into, shaking his head at his two companions.
They were in the top-floor office area, where the lights were out, with only emergency lights emitting faint illumination. Under the moonlight, Logan saw that the room was similar to a ward, with several sick beds arranged, separated by curtains, allowing a clear view of the layout.
