Chapter 95: Runic Sets (I)

Vlad was currently in his private residence. He no longer lived in a barrack, as it would not be fit for a King. Instead, he had moved to the high tower in the center of the Silent Wind Military Base, which had been the control center and was now his home.

From this place, Vlad could see the entire Silent Wind Military Base, and even more importantly, everyone on the base could gaze at him. Every time a man, woman, or child stared at the tower, they knew a powerful individual was watching over them. That would bring peace to their daily lives and increase Vlad's stance in their hearts and minds. 

The young man was not alone in the tower. Jormungandr perched on his shoulder, and in front of him stood Mirena, Cazan, Clasius, Roman, Frank, and Amara. All the members of his inner circle had gathered, along with a small white dog.
