It was close to 8 o'clock by the time Liu Xinyu had finished watching the movie and stepped out of the cinema. She didn't feel hungry as she had already eaten popcorn. But she knew that she'd be getting hungry later. So, she decided to buy something and take it back to eat later as a midnight snack.

Finding a bakery, she even bought a matcha cake for Yi Qin before feeling satisfied.

"Are you done or is there more?" questioned Yiyi. "Aren't you tired?"

"We get tired of earning money, not spending it!" was Liu Xinyu's answer to that question. She stood in front of the bubble tea store and her mood visibly dropped once more and Yiyi also noticed it.
