We took a moment to gather ourselves, and the main gate of the royal ground opened.

Duchess Lenora, General Erastus, Grand Prince Ciaran, Enforcer Claudio, and Fabian stood in waiting and they piped "Greetings your majesties, welcome back home."

Duchess Lenora, with her regal bearing and finely tailored attire, stepped forward first. Her gaze was warm yet discerning, a reflection of her poised leadership. "Lord Niko, Silas, Talon, Master Cedric—welcome to back home. We have been expecting you."

"Duchess Lenora," I replied with a respectful bow. "Thank you for the warm welcome. I bet everything is in order."
