Chapter 207: TASTE OF FREEDOM FOR THE ELISERA SLAVES

"Master Cedric "All the slaves bowed as we met in the slave training grounds. Their thousands of voices echoed in the grounds, and it made my heart ache. We had successfully freed our people and as I stood staring at the hundreds of men in the training grounds, I felt proud to be a member of Elisera.

"Thank you for taking the time to convene and have this little chat with me" I spoke up.

"We are honoured to have you in our presence" One of the men responded.

"I am here to give you good news. We are going back to Elisera. "I announced and the men looked at me in shock.

"Going back?" One man asked.

"Home?" Another whispered.

"You mean we are free?" Another one gasped.

"We are no longer slaves?" Another man demanded.

The shocked looks on their faces made me sad as this was something their lifetime.
