To start off I went through the vampire status using Scrutinize until I found the strongest between them.

Feeling annoyed that my scrutinize ability, despite its level, didn't provide exact stats like it did for neutral or friendly individuals, I acknowledged the logic behind it but still wished I could estimate the Nosferatu's strength through there minions. However, I decided to resolve this by asking them directly.
Removing the ice chains around their necks, the vampires began to beg for their lives, making empty promises of leaving town or never harming another person again. I knew their pleas were insincere, so instead, I retrieved the chalkboard and chalk gifted to me by a group after I helped them defeat a massive mutant bird. I wrote three questions for the vampires to answer.
Who do you work for?
How strong is your boss?
Where is your boss?
As the vampires remained silent in response to the simple questions, I made a slight adjustment to my [Frost Strike] spell. Grasping one of the vampires from behind, I began to freeze it, the already low temperature of the vampire dropping further as it squirmed in my grasp. Before it could release a scream of pain, I summoned a modified ice chain to cover its mouth, preventing any sound from escaping. However, I stopped short of killing it, instead turning my attention to the other two vampires, who looked on in horror at their frozen companion.
Presenting the chalkboard to them again, I waited for an answer, determined to get the information I needed.
"We work for Lady Moon, please have mercy!" one of them finally spoke, prompting me to nod slightly. Without hesitation, I applied the same treatment to the other vampire, who seemed less inclined to speak. This time I finished the job, leaving a frozen husk in place of the living vampire, the one who had spoken before became even more frightened.
With the chalkboard in hand, I prompted the vampire to continue speaking. Its voice was shaky and horrified as it occasionally glanced at its two companions—one now an ice sculpture and the other a severe frostbite victim.
The vampire continued frantically begging for mercy as it divulged more information. "We work for the High Vampire Council, or more specifically Lady Moon. She's the second weakest of the council. I don't know where she is; she's always moving to new places! Please spare me!" It pleaded desperately as I posed a few more questions, aiming at the other Nosferatu. However, the vampire was unable to provide any answers, claiming they operated separately, and he had no knowledge of their whereabouts or activities. With a sense of resolve, I swiftly ended the vampire's existence with a quick stab through the heart, causing it to poof and turn to dust.
'Well the next few years are going to be interesting' with that final thought I left the shack the woman and the child over my shoulders as I walked back to the town planning to give them time to recover there as walking with them through this wasteland is far to dangerous.
