Chapter 48: The Sweet Candy

"Because it's big news, I want to hand it to you." Irene answered firmly, "You're the only news anchor I trust now."

The first impression of Sebastian was really important to determine their future. That was why, Irene didn't want to let a random person handle that news because many news writers would add drama into that picture to attract people's attentions.

"I'll try my best, Irene." Anetta then thanked Irene several times for believing in her.

"Just tell me when you're already posting the news," remarked Irene.

After making a phone call, Irene let out a sigh of relief then slouched on the sofa. She saw Sebastian take something from his suitcase. "A pack of candies? Why are you so obsessed with sweetness?"

There was nothing wrong with eating candy, but Irene had rarely seen a man so obsessed with sweets, even she didn't really like sweetness.
