Chapter 106

In one part of the town, a group of pirates cornered a young woman and her elderly mother in their modest home. The pirates, eyes gleaming with malicious intent, kicked down the door and stormed in. The young woman, clutching a kitchen knife, stood protectively in front of her mother.

"Please, leave us alone!" she pleaded, her voice trembling with fear.

One of the pirates, a hulking brute with a scar across his chest, sneered. "Aw, look at the little mouse trying to play hero." He swatted the knife out of her hand effortlessly, then grabbed her by the hair, dragging her outside.

"Help! Somebody, please!" she screamed, but her cries were drowned out by the chaos all around.

The elderly mother, frail and shaking, tried to intervene. "Let her go, you monsters!" she cried, her voice cracking.

The pirate laughed cruelly, kicking the old woman to the ground. "Stay out of it, hag! Or you'll be next."

Outside, other pirates were setting fire to houses, their laughter echoing through the night. The young woman was thrown to the ground, and the pirates surrounded her, their intentions clear.

Her screams for mercy were met with jeers and taunts as they began their brutal assault, their depravity on full display. The elderly mother, too weak to stand, could only watch in helpless horror as her daughter was violated, her cries piercing the night.

In another part of Carta, a group of children had taken refuge in the town's chapel, a small sanctuary they hoped would offer some protection. Father Matthias, a kind and gentle priest, stood at the chapel's entrance, trying to reassure the terrified children huddled inside.

"Stay calm, children. The King and his army will come to save us," he said, his voice as steady as he could manage.

But the pirates had no respect for holy ground. They stormed the chapel, their weapons drawn and their eyes filled with bloodlust. Father Matthias stepped forward, holding up a crucifix. "This is a place of peace! Leave these children alone!" he demanded.

The lead pirate, a woman with wild eyes and a maniacal grin, sneered. "Peace? There's no peace under Krogath's rule!" She lunged forward, stabbing Father Matthias in the chest. He collapsed to the floor, blood pooling around him as the children screamed in terror.

"Please, don't hurt us!" a little girl cried, clutching her younger brother.

The pirate laughed, kicking aside the lifeless body of Father Matthias. "We'll do whatever we want!" she declared. The pirates began to ransack the chapel, tearing apart the pews and smashing the stained-glass windows. They grabbed the children, dragging them out into the night, their cries for help echoing through the burning town.

One pirate, a particularly sadistic man with a face full of scars, held a boy by the scruff of his neck. "Looks like we got ourselves some new cabin boys!" he laughed, throwing the boy into a cage on a cart they had brought along for capturing slaves.

"Let me go! I want my mom!" the boy screamed, tears streaming down his face.

The pirate backhanded him across the face. "Shut up! You're ours now!"

"I want your mom too! Care to share where your mother might be hiding?" Another pirate questioned with a sadistic grin, while a few others jeered at the mention of a woman.

"Ah, why did you guys have to remind me of women? Now I have to vent!" the pirate with a face full of scars bellowed, his eyes gleaming with malicious intent. He turned his gaze towards the cage filled with children, a twisted grin spreading across his face.

Among the frightened children, he spotted a young girl, barely eight or nine years old. His inner beast needed to be quenched, and he quickly rushed to the cage, yanking the door open despite the children's desperate pleas and struggles.

"Such beautiful and supple skin," he murmured, his voice dripping with depravity. "I wonder how you will taste." Saying so, he pulled the girl out, ignoring her terrified cries for help. The other children could only watch in horror as he dragged her to the ground, ready to ravage her right there in the middle of the street.

"No, please! Let me go!" the girl screamed, her tiny hands trying to push him away.

The pirate laughed, making a cruel, mocking sound. "Scream all you want, little one. No one is coming to save you."

Around them, the other pirates cheered and jeered, their eyes gleaming with sadistic excitement. "Yeah, give her a good one, Scarface!" One of them shouted, while another added, "Teach her a lesson she'll never forget!"

The girl's struggles grew weaker as the pirate's grip tightened. He ripped at her clothes, the fabric tearing under his rough hands. Tears streamed down her face, her sobs barely audible over the pirates' cruel laughter.

"Such a beautiful toy," Scarface sneered, pinning her to the ground. "Let's see how much fun you are."

Suddenly, amidst all the chaos, the sound of wood tapping on cobblestones echoed throughout the night, making Scarface and his crew freeze. Their attention was drawn to a middle-aged blind man, accompanied by two children and a pretty young woman.

The pirates' eyes fixated on the young woman, Giolla, with Scarface even losing interest in the little girl he was about to ravage. He stood up, his twisted grin returning as he directed his focus towards the newcomers.

"Oye! Blind man, have you come to exchange these goods for your life?" A pirate sneered as they moved to surround the newcomers, ensuring the woman couldn't escape.

Issho sighed deeply. "I wonder why humans are so cruel to their own kind. She is just a child. Don't you have a shred of humanity left in you?" His voice carried a sorrowful weight, reflecting the truth of Ross-Kun's words about the nature of humanity. Kindness seemed to have been lost in this cruel world.

One of the pirates stepped closer, leering at Giolla. "What's with the sermon, old man? Hand over the woman, and we might let you and the brats go."

Issho's face remained calm as he disregarded the pirate and addressed Lucci and Gladius. "This will be your training," he said to the children beside him. "There is no need to spare anyone." The pirates, still unaware that death had come for them in the form of a blind man, jeered at his words.

The lead pirate laughed mockingly. "Training, huh? Do you really think you can—" His words were cut off as Issho lightly unsheathed his blade, and the pirate was suddenly lifted off the ground by an unseen force. He screamed as he was thrown into the air and slammed back down with bone-crushing force. And then a massive gravitational force engulfed the entire area.

"Gravity Blade!!!" Issho released his devil fruit powers without restraint..

"What the hell?" Scarface shouted, his eyes widening in disbelief as he was pressed to the ground, and with each passing second, the pressure kept increasing. "What's going on?"

Issho's grip on his wooden sword tightened. "There is no need for further cruelty," he said softly. "I shall be your salvation." With that, he moved with incredible speed, his sword cutting through the air with precision and power. Each strike was accompanied by a burst of gravitational force, sending pirates flying and crashing into the surrounding buildings.

The children, inspired by Issho's confidence, joined the fray. Lucci was molding himself in the form of his idol. The young master of the family, Donquixote Rosinante, even though he didn't have much aptitude in swordsmanship, his talent in combat seemed unparalled; he had already learned the nuances of Rokushiki and was showing exceptional mastery over the six styles, unlike anyone his age.

Gladius, having taken after Doflamingo, now carried a pair of pistols, just as his mentor had done at his age. Compared to Lucci, who shone like a star, Gladius seemed lackluster. However, Doffy had already promised to find him a powerful Devil Fruit in the future, ensuring that even if his natural talent was mediocre, he could rely on the fruit to become a formidable figure.

Giolla, sensing the shift in the battle, took a defensive stance, protecting the children from any pirates who tried to sneak attack them. Her eyes burned with determination; she was not the damsel in distress the pirates believed her to be, but a fierce protector.

The pirates, once confident in their numbers and brutality, now found themselves overwhelmed by the unexpected prowess of their opponents. "Retreat!" Scarface bellowed, realizing they were outmatched. "Fall back!"

But it was too late. Issho's control over gravity left them with no escape. He lifted entire groups of pirates into the air, slamming them back down with merciless force. The cobblestones cracked, and buildings shuddered under the impact of his attacks.

Amidst the chaos, Scarface made a desperate dash towards Issho, his blade aimed for the blind man's heart. "Die, you blind fool!" he roared. But Issho's reaction was swift and precise. With a simple tap of his sword, Scarface was lifted off his feet, suspended in the air.

"You will harm no one else," Issho declared, his voice calm yet firm. His blade moved at blinding speed, beheading the pirate who had terrorized the children. Scarface's head rolled across the cobblestones, a final, gruesome testament to his cruelty.

The remaining pirates, seeing their leader defeated so effortlessly, dropped their weapons and begged for mercy. "Please, spare us!" they cried, their earlier bravado gone, replaced by sheer terror.

Issho lowered his sword, the air around him returning to normal. "Leave this world," he commanded. "And never return."

With a powerful sweep of his blade, Issho intoned, "Hell's Journey!" The entire group of pirates within the forest town was buried in the earth, their voices silenced forever. Issho then directed his blind gaze toward the port, where the remainder of the Ravager Pirates were still on a rampage.

The port was in chaos. Pirates pillaged and burned, their laughter echoing with malice. A group of them had cornered a family, with the parents shielding their children with trembling hands. "Please, don't hurt us," the father pleaded, but his words fell on deaf ears.

A pirate with a jagged scar down his arm sneered, raising his sword. "Begging won't save you. We're here to take everything!"

Suddenly, a powerful force pulled the pirate off his feet, slamming him into a nearby wall. Issho appeared, his presence commanding and unwavering. "Such senseless violence," he muttered. "Please, help the civilians clear the area!."

The pirates turned, weapons drawn, but they were no match for Issho's might. With a flick of his sword, he slashed into the air, their screams cut short as they were driven into the ground with bone-crushing force. Blood stained the cobblestones as Issho moved through the port like a specter of vengeance.

Further down the port, a group of pirates had captured a group of women and children, laughing as they tormented their captives. One pirate, with a cruel grin, held a knife to a young boy's throat. "Watch closely," he taunted the boy's mother, "as I—"

He never finished his sentence. A powerful flying slash sent his head flying, crashing into the harbor waters with a splash. Issho stepped forward, his sword gleaming. "No more," he declared, his voice echoing with authority. "I hope you find peace in the afterlife!"

The remaining pirates, now truly terrified, tried to flee. But Issho's power was absolute. He raised his sword, and with a mighty swing, the ground beneath the pirates erupted, swallowing them whole. The port fell silent; the only sounds were the crackling of flames and the sobs of the rescued civilians.

Captain Marcus and the rest of the army, led by King Riki Doldo III, arrived at the port, their eyes widening at the sight of Issho's devastation. "He did all this?" one of the soldiers whispered in sheer terror and awe.

"You bastard!!!" a loud voice bellowed suddenly. It was none other than the captain of the Ravager Pirates, Krogath. He was completely disheveled, having narrowly escaped being buried alive by Issho's gravity force. Only by transforming into his Allosaurus form had he managed to survive.

Krogath surveyed his surroundings, taking in the devastation. His once formidable pirate crew had been reduced to nothing by a single blind man. Even the entirety of Dressrosa's army had been helpless, but this one man had slaughtered more than a thousand of his men. His deputy captain, worth a bounty of over 200 million Belly, was nowhere to be seen. Krogath was certain the blind man was responsible for his demise as well.

"I will kill you, then I will burn this whole country to cinders!!" He roared, his voice filled with fury and desperation.

"Raging Tiger!!!"

But just as he was bellowing his threat, a flying slash tore through his Allosaurus form, severing the massive ten-meter dinosaur into two halves. The cut was clean, precise, and imbued with an overwhelming power that disregarded Krogath's armament haki.

Issho stood calmly, his sword drawn. His expression remained serene, yet his presence was undeniably formidable. The current Issho had already stepped into the level of admirals, and anyone below this level was no match for him. His swordsmanship had broken through to the next level, making him an unstoppable force.

Krogath's upper half hit the ground with a heavy thud, his eyes wide with shock and disbelief. "How...?" he choked out, blood bubbling from his mouth.

"You were driven by rage and cruelty," Issho said, his voice steady and resolute. "But those who harm the innocent will always face justice, or at least that's my belief."

As Krogath's life faded, Issho turned to the surviving townsfolk, who watched in awe and relief. "The threat has been eliminated," he announced. "You are safe now."

The people of Dressrosa began to emerge from their hiding places, their expressions a mix of gratitude and astonishment. They had witnessed the sheer power and righteousness of Issho, a man who had single-handedly saved their town from utter destruction.
