Amidst everyone's surprise, Krieg, having indulged in food and drink, kicked Sanji, who was delivering meals, sending him flying.
With a jesting glance at Al, he displayed the haughty demeanor of an arrogant boss.
Observing this, the sea restaurant chefs wore expressions of panic and scolded Sanji angrily for his actions.
Nevertheless, Sanji remained seated on the ground, calmly lighting a cigarette, letting their words pass without rebuttal.
When someone dared to interrupt Tom's duel with Hawkeye, Al suddenly felt resentment and shouted, "Who's the mutt barking? How dare they interrupt Tom's duel?"
Upon hearing this, Krieg grew immediately irate, showcasing his golden armor and proudly declaring his identity.
"I am Krieg, the Ruler of the East Blue!"
"A mere unknown pirate dares to behave arrogantly before me!"
Just as Krieg brandished his weapon, poised to shoot Al dead,
Suddenly, he noticed the newspaper beneath his feet, featuring a wanted poster for Al
[Wanted, Cowboy Al, Dead or Alive, 50 Berries]
Krieg picked up the paper, held the wanted notice before him, compared it to Al standing in front of him, and burst into laughter.
"50 Berries?"
"I've lost count of how many rookie scum like you, fresh off the sea, have met their end!"
With those words, the pirates in the restaurant turned their gaze to Al, laughing scornfully:
"Is this guy really Tom's captain?"
"I reckon Tom's the true captain. This fella's likely just a lackey."
"A worthless pretender, thinking he's got power, but me here saw through his facade!"
"Ha ha ha ha..."
"..."
The pirates' raucous laughter filled the sea restaurant.
It appeared they had completely forgotten that Al had split Krieg's giant wheel with his sword.
Red leg Zeff furrowed his brow slightly, seeming hesitant to believe that Al's bounty was only 50 Berries.
Hawkeye glanced disdainfully at the pirates mocking Al, then turned his gaze to Al with a deep look.
It seemed he wanted to understand: when the weak mock the strong, how will the strong react?
"Hey, Luffy, what are you staring at?"
Usopp couldn't help but feel puzzled as Luffy had been fixated on Al.
Luffy didn't respond to Usopp's question but continued to gaze at Al intently, as if awaiting something.
Witnessing Al being ridiculed, Nami grew increasingly irritated!
Just as she was about to rise and defend Al,
Al shook his head at her, signaling there was no need to get worked up over such a trivial matter.
"Scared out of your wits when you heard my name, kid?"
Krieg chuckled shamelessly, then turned his attention to Hawkeye, jesting:
"Hey, Hawkeye, itching to hunt me down now that I've regained my strength?"
"After dealing with this brat, I'll send you off!"
Hawkeye snorted dismissively, showing no interest in the weak.
Al grinned and tossed the Western sword to Tom.
Then he retrieved a baseball bat from his inventory and said with a smile:
"Do you know how a strong man reacts when the weak mock them?"
Krieg assumed Al was referring to himself as the strong one and responded without hesitation:
"Like you're facing me?"
"When you become a pirate, power is everything!"
"I command a massive crew of over 5,000 men, ruling over the East Blue!"
"If anyone dares to laugh at me, especially a weakling, I'd swiftly cut off their tongue and feed it to the fish in the sea!"
Al shook his head upon hearing this, laughing mercilessly:
"Turns out you're just a little brat with no foresight."
"No wonder you're only capable of causing chaos in the weakest sea!"
Before he could finish, the baseball bat flew from his hand, striking Krieg squarely in the face and sending him flying.
Quickly switching to a golf club, Al swung it towards the sky with such speed that it left an afterimage!
Once everything was set, Al neatly stowed away his weapons and sneered:
"When a weakling encounters someone vastly stronger, as a weakling, you've made a fatal error!"
"That is, you shouldn't mock the strong, but try to flee!"
As soon as Al's words ceased,
The air golf balls he had struck hurtled towards Krieg from above!
"Boom!"
"Boom!"
"Boom!"
...
A massive explosion echoed from where Krieg had fallen!
Inside the restaurant,
All the pirates who had been laughing moments ago stared in disbelief at the towering figure amidst the smoke!
The disdain and sarcasm in their eyes had vanished completely!
Instead, there was only endless fear and despair!
"How can it be that Krieg, the Ruler of the East Blue, couldn't withstand a single blow from that guy?"
"What do we do? Will he spare us too?"
"Is this guy's bounty truly just 50 Berries?"
"Are you high?"
"How could someone with a 50 Berries bounty defeat Krieg in one strike? Those Marine idiots must have made a mistake!"
