The unexpected female voice on the phone caught me off guard, prompting me to quickly glance at the display to see an unfamiliar number, which left me somewhat puzzled.

"Hello! Sorry, I... I just now...!" I stammered, my face flushing as I hurried to apologize for my previous rudeness. "But I didn't catch who you are?"

The caller didn't answer my question, simply stating in a detached tone, "Grace?"

"Yes, it's me."

"You need to prepare a set of steel window designs and bring them directly to Wise Horizon's design studio!" Her tone was distant yet exuded an unquestionable authority. "Come in person."

"Alright!" I quickly agreed, though a sense of unease lingered. Who was this woman? Why so cold and commanding?

I immediately went to the technical department to have them print another set of designs. I also made sure to bring along certification and quality assurance documents before driving myself to Wise Horizon's design studio.
