Sullivan sat across from Lady Viella, her lips curling into a faint smile. "I need information about the gold mining operations in District H," he stated calmly, his eyes locking onto hers. "If you give me the right details, I'll make sure you're freed from this place."

Lady Viella's smile widened as she leaned forward slightly. "You'll have what you need, Your Highness," she replied, her voice as smooth as silk. She carefully relayed the information, her eyes never leaving his.

Sullivan inclined his head in gratitude. "Thank you, Lady Viella. I will need some time to arrange your release," he assured her, rising from his seat. His hand hovered over the goblet of wine she had offered, but he did not touch it.

"Your Highness should at least taste the wine," Lady Viella said, her gaze softening as a hint of hope appeared in her eyes. "It would be good for me if you did."
