As Nimrod was enjoying his tea in the awkward presence of his future wives and his steward, Carl, he looked at Kathy and smiled, saying to her,

"Kathy, you said that your mother will be coming to Valoria and that you are going to help me obtain this renowned beauty for myself, right?"

Kathy covered her mouth like the evil villainess that she was not smart enough to be and said,

"Ha ha, of course, I can help you get to my mother. After all, what kind of mother does not trust her daughter?"

Nimrod nodded at this statement and smiled, saying to Kathy,

"That's fine then, but you should be aware that if you want to become my legal wife, you will have to make certain contributions to my success, and your mother will be your first. After she is dealt with by me, you will become the new Grand Duchess, allowing me to absorb her territory into mine once I assume control of the Southern Hampshire Plains."
