Chapter 121: Kade and Xavier Halos' Meeting

Kade, like a predator, observed even the slightest movements of the servant, a young man in his sixties, walking towards the entrance of the general's quarters. 

With a subtle twist of his fingers, Kade manipulated the servant's shadow, making the man pause and then turn away from the door, heading back down the hallway. Kade slipped into the room, the door closing silently behind him.

The night passed and the door remained closed until the early morning when Kade left the room with a satisfied smile, however, the annoyed face of Major General Halos was anything but happy.

If it was not for this Death brat being humble enough to admit his mistake, Xavier Halos might have been angry enough to explode on the spot!

Kade was once again transferred from being a Detective to being an army officer. Luna Death had been keeping him juggling from one place to another.
