Chapter 104: A New Room

The robotic butler led Ren and Terim down a grand hallway, each step echoing softly on the marble floors. The mansion's architecture continued to amaze Ren with every new detail, from the intricate carvings on the walls to the elegant chandeliers hanging from the ceiling.

"This way, please," the butler's mechanical voice intoned as it stopped in front of a large double door. "Your room, sir."

The doors swung open to reveal a spacious room adorned with luxurious furnishings. A large, fluffy bed dominated the center, surrounded by ornate wooden furniture, a thing that can only be found in rich households. 

Who would have thought that one day Ren would witness normal wooden furniture being more expensive than the advanced robots?

The room was much bigger than his previous home combined. There was a set of two couches at the corner, right beside the huge window. They sure looked comfy enough to settle in.
