Chapter 59: Planning a Trip To Home

Director Yarx's office was tucked away in the farthest corner of the building. Evidently, he preferred a quiet environment and had chosen this relatively secluded spot as his office. Ren followed along the corridor with his system in tow.

Normally, gaining access to this floor requires special permission. But who made Ren, Silvia's favorite student? Thanks to her, he now had the privilege to approach Grifin Yarx at any time.

Of course, Ren wasn't foolish enough to disturb such an important person at his whim. However, if he left today without informing Director Yarx, this seemingly gentle individual might actually call the police on him.

A virtual screen glowed beside the tightly closed door, affixed to the wall. Ren entered his name and reason to meet with Doctor Yarx, and settled into the chair placed for waiting visitors.
