Her slender fingertips slid across the screen as she answered the phone.

"Cynthia, why aren't you in the hospital?" Lily Jonas's voice came through the phone and into Cynthia's ears.

Cynthia curved her lips. "I'm outside. I can't go back for now. I need you to inform the doctor for me."

"That's good to hear," Lily sighed with relief. "I asked the doctor earlier, and we can complete the discharge procedures tomorrow."

Cynthia responded, "Alright."

"Um..." Lily hesitated for a moment, then chuckled. "My studio recently received a new order from a business client, and she specifically requested your design. So, I wanted to ask..."
