Chapter 22: What's Your Relationship!

"Look at you, acting so foolishly," Hunter Quinn said disdainfully, but his gaze towards Cynthia was filled with doting. He raised his hand and deliberately messed up Cynthia's soft hair.

"I'm not foolish," Cynthia brushed away Hunter's unruly hand and held his hand as they walked towards the sofa.

Joe Louise's gaze scrutinized Cynthia, the man in front of him, and suddenly he spoke up, "What's your relationship!"

Upon hearing his voice, Cynthia's smile faded, and she cast a cold glance at Joe. "Why haven't you left yet?"

"Answer me! What's your relationship!" Joe interrogated coldly, his demeanor as if facing a wife caught in bed with another man.

Cynthia's delicate face was tinged with mockery. "Mr. Louise, I wonder in what capacity you're questioning me now?"

"I..." Joe opened his mouth but found that he couldn't come up with a valid reason to refute her.

Cynthia's lips curled with a sarcastic smile. "Mr. Louise, please leave!"
