Chapter 171: Fighting the wyvern

Now that the portal was closed, Ezra just had to go after the bone wyvern, but it seemed that trouble was coming towards him and wouldn't let him leave just yet to fight it.

"Why the hell did you open a portal and summon those things here?" a male adventurer yelled at him, his face fuming with rage and veins popping on his head.

"What gave you the idea that I was the one that brought them here? I am just here to fight them as well," Ezra replied. He didn't think about it much, so he didn't get mad, but Lisa was already getting pissed.

Honestly, it was better that she was the one getting angry and not Ezra. Because if he got angry, the whole situation would take another turn, and they might be a dead body.

"Screw that, you think we didn't see? You were the only one here; there was no way you could get here fast enough if you weren't part of the people that summoned it," the guy continued his allegations.
