"Are you joking?" I chuckled, finding it hard to believe what Neo was telling me. "Seriously, tell me the truth. I don't have time for games."

Neo's expression remained serious as he replied, "Does it sound like I'm joking?"

I continued to laugh, unable to comprehend the gravity of the situation. "No, you can't be serious," I said, my voice filled with disbelief.

"Nina," Neo's tone grew more solemn, causing my laughter to fade away. After a moment of silence, I finally spoke, "No, this can't be happening."

"Yes, it is true," Neo confirmed, his words leaving no room for doubt.

Anger surged within me as I blurted out, "What is wrong with him?" Without waiting for an answer, I started to walk away, my steps filled with frustration.

Neo followed closely behind, his voice firm. "It's the boss's order."
