Chapter 76: "How did it get to this?"

Nyx walked out of the house, she looked ahead of her, her heart still skipping beats.

"I have to think of a way to keep my son safe, with Oberon around, everything might go wrong."

She sighed and walked forward, "I do not know where else to go, this was my last hope," she held her head, her voice breaking.

She sniffed, and raised her head, "What am I going to do now? He actually told Archi that he was his father, and he accepted him just like that."

She breathed in, "He wants his father, unfortunately, his father can not be with him."

"Why is that?"

"That is because he never wanted it in the first pla..." she creased her brows and paused, "Who said that?"

Someone tugged at her arm, and spun her around.

Her heart almost stopped... there he was , staring at her.. she hadn't been this close in the past six years, doing it today made the hairs on her skin stand.
