Chapter 16: Shoprite
Characters: Alex, Ruth and Benson
They get to the mall and Alex meets an old friend Benson as he shops with his wife.
Benson: Who am I seeing? Is this not Alex? Hello Mr.
Alex: Hey, hey, hey!!!!!! (He exclaims with surprise on his face) Benson.
Benson: I can't believe my eyes. Is this is you? See how luck has made u look so good and honourable.
Alex: My brother leave luck out of this. I really worked hard for 6yrs to achieve better grades to acquire an honourable job. (He calls his wife to come and meet his friend)
Honey please meet my friend Benson. Benson that's my dear wife Ruth.
Benson: Oooh indeed u have a beautiful wife. It's my pleasure meeting u.
Ruth: Pleasure is mine.
(Exchange of handshake goes on)
Alex: Hey it's okay leave my wife's hand. It's okay.
Benson: So u won't change. You still have the jealously in you (They all burst into laughter)
Alex: Have my card and let's talk later. (They exchange complementary cards)
Benson: Alright!!! Have a nice day. (He leaves the mall)
The shopping continues.
Alex: Honey please get some biscuits for Wisdom. I guess he's used all we bought the last time.
Ruth: Yeah okay. But please can u help me get some chocolates from the other side?
Alex: Sure....(He goes through the other lane ) Here!!!! Have it.
Ruth: Thank you.
They finished the shopping and moved to the counter. Alex pays off the bill and they exited
