Chapter 2: House Night
Characters: Alex, Wisdom and Ruth
Ruth meets her husband Alex at home with her son.
Alex: Hey honey u are here.
Ruth's son run to welcome his mom.
Ruth: Hello my dear sorry I couldn't pick u up from school. How was school today?
Son (Wisdom): School was really amazing today. We learnt about inventions.
Ruth: Wow!!!!! Engineer in the making. (They both laughed out happily) Alright guys let me leave u here and move to the kitchen and dish out something for dinner it's getting late.
Wisdom: Okay mom.
Food is served after a few minutes.
Ruth: Hello family..... Food is served. Waiting.....
Alex and Wisdom move to the dining.
Alex: Wow!!!!!!
Wisdom: Mmmmmmmn so nice. My mom is the best cook in the world.
Alex: You can really say that again. Honey we are blessed to have you.
Ruth: Its okay (with smiles on her face) I command you all to remain silent and enjoy your meal.
Alex: Okaaaaaaay ooooh chef.
(The all laugh)
They finished dining after about 20 minutes later
Alex: I'll be in the living room. It's news hour.
Wisdom: I'll join you daddy.
Alex: Come on. (He signals his son to come along)
Ruth gathers the utensils and joined them 10 minutes later after washing.
Ruth: Its getting late my boy. Go to bed. Remember you have to go to school tomorrow.
Wisdom: Yes mommy
Ruth: Have you done your assignment?
Wisdom: Yeah!!! My dady thought me
Ruth: Okay!!!! Say good night to dady
Wisdom: Good night dady.
Alex: Good night. Have a sound sleep my boy. Make sure you say your prayers before you sleep.
Wisdom: Okay dady. (He walks into his bedroom)
Ruth: Honey please let's go inside. (She shows an attractive smiles)
Alex: Why do you have something in mind?
Ruth: Let's go inside.
Alex: Okay He carries Ruth in his arms and walks to the bed
