Steve quickly ran to Nathaniel and snatched the washing machine like a mere ball. "Sir, you should take Mr. Arden away from here. The pheromones of three alphas must be making it hard for him. I will take care of this matter."

"Very well. Make sure that this bastard won't get away with this," Nathaniel answered as he pulled Killian up. His face darkened when he saw the bruises on his wrists.

Killian's body was weakened but upon contact with whom he believed was his fated partner, his pheromones surged up, and Nathaniel noticed it. He quickly carried Killian out of the unit and headed to his car.

Thankfully, it was already dark, so they didn't bump into someone.

Nathaniel pursed his lips, his jaw clenched and his knuckles whitened from the tight grip on the steering wheel. He was holding back. For some weak pheromones that Killian emitted, he was riled up.
