Chapter 137: Alaric Cross

The boy started sobbing again and Naia felt a little lost and also sad. She felt the boy was incredibly terrified of what was to come and she wanted to comfort him very much.

But what should she do? 

Naia rummaged through her limited reservoir of knowledge, tapping the memories of when she was a scared child.

It was when her mother died and she had realized she would never see her again. It was the Elder Baba who comforted her. She embraced her tightly and then sang to her.

Naia closed her eyes at the memory. She internalized it for a bit and when it came out of her mouth it was already translated.
