Seraphina sighed, "You shouldn't watch those; if the monitors find out, you could be taken away."
"What's a monitor?"
"You know those mechanical police that suddenly pop up?"
Linden nodded, and Seraphina continued, "That's a monitor. So don't watch things you shouldn't, you should be aware of these boundaries."
He wasn't naive; he knew that if he had never seen something before, it was probably forbidden.
"I'm sorry," Linden said, his ears and tail drooping, as he pressed his face against hers, "I won't watch it again."
Seraphina had lived alone for so long that she forgot to set restrictions on her account. She planned to adjust her account settings at her company the next day. Linden wasn't intentionally watching forbidden content, but she couldn't let him accidentally get into trouble. She had a suspicion that the monitors might have already noticed someone crossing the line.
