Chapter 58: The Lady In Black, Part Forty-Three

{Zenith}

{That night} 

"... Did the girl talk?" Emi asked as Zenith walked back into her bedroom. 

She and Emi had been out for a while, but Zenith had been out for a little while longer. 

"Yep," Zenith replied, wiping some leftover blood from her gauntlets. "Apparently, Asuka's being held in the bathroom of a Couch, Shower, and Infinity, on the mall's top floor." 

"Nice!" Emi replied. "At least you know where to go now." 

"Yeah," Zenith nodded, sitting down at her bed. "Just gotta fight my way up there." 

Just saying that was enough to get Zenith's blood boiling. If she could just fast-forward through time and get to the fight right now, she would. But, with the sun having just gone down the horizon, there were still around six hours to go.
