Chapter37: Cassandra (EDITED)

Just as sent away the squad stationed in Diagon Alley, and the wall behind the two suddenly split open, connecting to the "Leaky Cauldron Pub".

A middle-aged man walked over with a girl about the same age as Kyle.

The girl had golden hair draped over her shoulders, and her large eyes carried a hint of arrogance.

Cassandra Vole?

Kyle recognized the girl's identity at a glance.

This world is becoming more and more interesting.

"Oh, Professor Dumbledore, it's such an honor to meet you here!"

The middle-aged man's eyes brightened when he saw Dumbledore, quickly stepping forward to greet him warmly.

"Mr. Vole, it's been a long time!"

The Vole family is also a pure-blood family, but not from Britain, or rather, not anymore!

Over two hundred years ago, they migrated to America.

However, their family has deep roots with Hogwarts, with many of their members having served as teachers at Hogwarts.

There's even an ancestor's portrait still hanging in the headmaster's office.

So every generation of the Vore family will come to study at Hogwarts.

"I'm sorry, I explained to you in advance in the letter, we were delayed a bit due to some matters..."

"We just rushed over, planning to buy a wand for my niece here in Diagon Alley and then go to Hogwarts to find you."

"I didn't expect to encounter you here." Mr. Vore looked apologetic.

"It's okay; I've already met Miss Vore once during the holidays, haven't I?" Dumbledore winked at Cassandra.

"The Sorting Hat has already assigned him to Slytherin in advance."

Hogwarts has been established for over a thousand years, and all its systems are well established.

Of course, in this magical world where pure-blood families monopolize everything.

Privilege is not uncommon.

In fact, Cassandra's entrance ceremony was a few days earlier than other young wizards'.

"Strange, Professor Dumbledore, why is there no one in Diagon Alley today?" Mr. Vore looked around, puzzled.

Every time he came to Diagon Alley before, it was bustling.

"Who knows, I think it's because the young wizards have already started school, right?" Dumbledore casually made up an excuse.

What else could he say?

Because he came, and everyone got scared away?

Doesn't this "greatest wizard of the century" care about his reputation?

"How about this, Mr. Vore, just leave your niece with me for now."

"I happen to be taking some students to buy wands."

The Vore family has encountered some minor troubles recently.

Otherwise, Cassandra's enrollment wouldn't have been delayed.

"Oh, that would be great. To be honest, I've been so busy lately."

Sure enough, Mr. Vore was delighted to hear that.

After instructing Cassandra with a few words, he bid farewell to Dumbledore.

He still had to return to America through the Portkey.

It was a terrible experience just thinking about it.

After bidding farewell, Dumbledore took the two youngsters to Ollivanders Wand Shop.

...

"You're also a new student at Hogwarts?" Cassandra curiously looked at Kyle, finally fixing her gaze on Kyle's green scarf.

"Slytherin? What a coincidence."

"I'm Cassandra, you can call me big sister!"

"As your little brother, I'll take care of you at school in the future!"

Cassandra's tone was somewhat proud.

But Kyle knew, this girl was just being tsundere.

In fact, she was warm-hearted.

But it's okay...

For Kyle.

Even if Merlin resurrected, he would have to leave behind a few boxes before leaving!

"Oh, really?"

"That's great, from now on, you'll be my big sister, how about I call you Sis Cassie?"

"Don't worry, Sis Cassie, I'll have your back later!"

Kyle showed an excited expression.

"Sis Cassie, isn't that a strange nickname, whatever you want!" Cassandra put on a cold appearance on the surface.

But inside, she was a bit excited.

She hadn't even started school yet, but she already had a little brother.

Not bad!

"Alright, kids, we're here."

As they chatted, the three arrived at the entrance of Ollivanders Wand Shop.

Ollivanders is not only one of the "Sacred Twenty-Eight Pure-Blood Families," but also one of the three great wand makers in the magical world.

Many foreigners would come to Diagon Alley specifically to buy his wands.

The sign outside the shop boldly stated, "Ollivanders, crafting fine wands since 382 B.C.!"

Kyle was a bit puzzled.

What kind of mentality...

to proudly display slogans like "Crafting fine wands for two thousand years" on the wall.

"Professor, let me open the door!" Kyle eagerly walked up to the front, even turning back to wink at Cassandra.

"Alright," Dumbledore smiled.

He noticed another shining point about Kyle.

What a polite child!

The next moment...

"Bang!" There was a loud noise.

Kyle kicked open the door of the wand shop.

Then he swaggered in.

"Make way, everyone, my big sister Cassandra is here!"

"Where is everyone? Hurry up and come out to greet us!"

Outside, old Dumbledore and Cassandra heard Kyle's arrogant voice from inside the shop.

They were taken aback.

There was a feeling of skyrocketing blood pressure.

Cassandra: "???"
