Chapter 52: Curfew time

Monday came fast, as early as the morning sun. Avery woke up just like every other day that she was living in her apartment. 

She was dressing up after taking her bath. She needed to be fast with whatever she would be doing because Mrs. Piper won't be coming to pick her up with the car since Avery is not living in her apartment anymore.

Avery wore a blue jean trouser with a white baggy top. She completes the dressing by using a silver watch and sneakers.

When she glanced at the mirror, she sighed heavily and stepped out of the room.

"Time to go," she hummed, descending the stairs, but was surprised that Sebastian was also fully dressed and was sitting in the dining room, shuffling some bread into his mouth and chewing slowly.

The maid came towards Sebastian, placing a mug filled with tea on the tray, and Avery could swear that the maid was the same one that came to tidy up her room not long ago.
