A manic grin spread across the rune master's face. "Well, well, what do we have here?" he said, his excitement building. "Looks like we're not alone in this dusty old book club after all."

Despite his enthusiasm, a feeling of unease crept into the back of Sebastian's mind. Wasn't this similar to something that happened to him somewhere in the past? But what? However, somehow the rune master was having trouble remembering.

Though something at the back of his head screamed, the situation felt off, but he couldn't quite put his finger on what it was.

Despite his doubts, Sebastian chose to explore the origin of the sound. "Come on, Floffy," he said to his undead minion. "Let's go meet our mysterious librarian, hoping it's not something deadly."

The undead followed as Sebastian made his way deeper into the library. The voice grew stronger, echoing off the high ceilings and winding between the towering bookshelves, or at least so he thought.
