"I am Nyx. My father was also a pawn of Hades just as Skye was. You were the reason Hades was able to have the upper hand on Skye, but for my father, it was me. My mother's deteriorating health didn't help either. It wasn't my intention to marry Skye. It was my parents' wish as well as Skye's persistence. I only came to know the reason was because Hades wanted him to marry me," she paused and smiled, sadly. "Why am I in your brother's life? Isabelle was silent as she thought over what she was told. Why would Hades force her brother to marry a woman? A human even? She found it ridiculous because there was no point in doing that. Was he that bored?
