Chapter 626: Epilogue

About three months later, the babies one hundredth day celebration arrived.

It was held at the Zhang ancestral home despite the many, many loud protests made by grandpa Tai. Normally, his threats would have worked but he failed in this battle because the Zhang's had consented willingly to one boy and one girl to be given the Tai family name.

Grandpa Tai had succeeded in having one granddaughter that was actually named Tai Liwu. It had only amplified his greed for another and he was hoping that in two years Alix would have five babies again and he would get more granddaughters.

Of course, he loved all the grandchildren equally but dotted on Liwu the most.

The 100 day celebration was even more grand than Alix and Caishen's wedding, with so many important guests invited from both families to shower the babies with gifts.
