"It seems this West Castle is not yet complete," William mused as he observed the dark gray castle before him, deep in thought.

After leaving Snowridge Town, he had headed north, crossing the Lovos Mountains and arriving at this West Valley. This was also the location hinted at by the Sylvaster before he departed, so William had come to investigate.

From the dragon's description, William had a rough idea of the castle's situation. This castle was one of the two significant outposts the Ulgath Kingdom was constructing in the Lovos Mountains as a prelude to invading the Fis Kingdom.

Once the castle was completed, it would be too late for the Fis Kingdom to stop them. Most of the Fis Kingdom's forces were already deployed in the east, leaving them unable to respond effectively.
