After that Rhodey sent Tony off but before Tony went away he decided not to fail Rhodey expectation
"Sit tight Rhodey!!! Remember what momma said"

Rhodey was perplexed but he expected this much
"Go home Tony"
'Now about Yinsen, I need to go check up on him, Pepper hasn't given me any feedback so it shouldn't be a big deal'
Tony thought as he started driving to the hospital Yinsen was in only to find out that he was nowhere to be found, it was like he never came here in the first place.
Tony then got upset and went home, reaching home he couldn't see Pepper, she was probably dokng her own thing, she will be back soon.
Went to his workshop and asked Jarvis about the hospital, which Jarvis replied and gave information about the hospital and it seemed it was okay well enough on the outside but getting into their security systems was the tricky part.
'For a hospital their security systems are well so so'
It was easy to bypass it but the problem was the date he was at the hospital, it showed he entered with Yinsen and Yinsen was progressing accordingly until two weeks ago?
Meaning Yinsen was up and out not too long after I came out, going through the documents signed and passed on so Yinsen can come out, he saw a particular signature which was familiar enough to him on one document.
"Could be missed easily but I hope it isn't how I think it is Obi… Jarvis cross match that signature to the ones Obi signed in the Stark tower"
"Cross matching… the results came out to be a 99.9 percent match, almost perfect"
"There's no such thing as perfect Jarvis, only initial satisfaction and final realisation in this what if civilization"
'What does he need Yinsen for'
Tony asked while tinkering with the Arc reactor in his hand and something clicked him
'Yinsen was the only one with proof enough of how the mark 1 suit was made so Obi taking him, he is either looking for information on how I got out of there and me or the suit'
"He's trying to replicate the suit"
Tony turned and looked at the mark 3
"He probably only has the blueprint of the mark 1, and trying to improve on it he will develop a strong and durable suit"
"Now there has to be a change of plans, Rhodey won't be able to easily apprehend him and worst case scenario it'll blow up in the news as a gas leak this time, I need to rectify this"
"Mark 1, mark 1, mark 1, even after improving on the suit how is he meant to power it, I know Yinsen doesn't know how to make the Arc Reactor, so…"
