The kumo messenger left the hokage office and immediately the elders who had been dying to say something spoke up.
"There was no need to be so strong headed; the Raikage is famous for acting on anger and making rash decisions"
"Such a blunt response will surely anger him; a softer approach would have been a lot better"
Said Koharu while looking at Kazuki with slight anger deep in her eyes, she was in the favor of peaceful negotiations that would negate the possibility of a war between konoha and kumo.
"I'm pretty sure the first and second war has taught us enough about the consequences of compromising and letting others run over you."
"Raikage wants us to hand over a man who we have heard about for the first time ourselves; why should we appear weak and easy to bully when we know we are innocent"
"Under my rule the last thing I will allow is taking a step back despite being right and I had given a proper response which proved konoha's innocence anyways so if the Raikage still looks for trouble then that was his aim from the start and any approach wouldn't have made a difference"
Saying that Kazuki looked at Koharu and Homura for a response but the two went silent as his words making perfect sense and there was nothing they could come up with to say in response, left speechless.
"You're right Kazuki! Maybe it was this defensive approach that truly led to wars in the past, we are the strongest village and it is time we start acting like one"
Kazuki's words seemed to have affected sarutobi a lot who was earlier in the favour of a softer approach, his words finally making him realize about the mistakes he had made during his rule.

The sannin couldn't help but look at sarutobi with an emotional look on their face, after so many years they finally saw the sarutobi they knew during their teens.
"If you agree I'll like to send an anbu squad to infiltrate land of thunder and keep an eye on kumo, we need to be aware of their next move"

Sakumo who was appointed as the head of anbu by kazuki asked for his permission who without a second thought granted it, knowing how badly they needed to be aware of Kumo's next move.

Tsunade was even more astonished then orochimaru as to her what had happened was beyond common sense, something that shouldn't have been possible.
"You can't tag something to be impossible just because it never happened before, I mean before lord second who would have even imagined something like separating the soul from body (Spiritual Transformation Jutsu), calling back the dead souls from pure land (Reanimation Jutsu)"
"The yin and yang release is full of mysteries and unlike other chakra properties has no end point in mastery over it. I'm pretty sure whatever jutsu this guy used to strip everyone of chakra, it belongs to these two chakra categories"
At this moment Sarutobi who had mastery over thousands of jutsu's showed what it was truly meant to be ninjutsu expert, unlike Tsunade and rest not just considering this occurrence to be impossible and giving a logical explanation.
Everyone in the room except for one man looked at Sarutobi with awe after his explanation, who didn't stop and kept on talking.
"In the scroll it was mentioned that everyone right before losing their chakra was entangled by chains that came out of the red moon, it reminds me of a similar jutsu" Saying that Sarutobi stopped talking and eyes of Tsunade and Jiraiya widened at the same time, instantly understand what jutsu he was talking about.
"The Adamantine Sealing Chains, a sealing jutsu which was wielded by Mito-Sama in the past and is currently only known to Uzumaki Kushina, that sealing jutsu also has the effect of nullifying chakra though only temporarily but still similar"
"Doesn't this put more weight to lord fourth's guess of this guy being from Uzumaki clan? Saying this Sakumo couldn't help but look at Kazuki with some admiration in his eyes, Sarutobi's explanation had put more weight behind Kazuki's theory of the enemy who attacked Shimogakure belonging to Uzumaki clan.

Others after the explanation of sarutobi also felt the same as Sakumo, believing the enemy to be an Uzumaki even more now.
Though Kazuki while others were busy guessing the identity of the attacker was looking at Sarutobi from the corner of his eyes, a hint of acknowledgment and shock deep in them.
