O'Hara!

A day later, Nicholas, traveling through the mist, spotted Ohara below.

The City of Scholars, the Archaeological Sanctuary—these were the names the world used for Ohara. This island housed a vast collection of precious ancient texts, and in the grand library built within the Tree of Knowledge at its center, there were many things unknown to the rest of the world.

From a distance, Nicholas could see the Tree of Knowledge, Ohara's iconic symbol. Its canopy spread like a green dome over much of the island, which was surrounded by dense forests. The first impression Ohara gave was that of a place where humanity and nature lived in harmony.

After landing silently, Nicholas used his observation Haki to scan the entire island, then started walking in a particular direction. The blue sky overhead and the lush green forest around him, along with the fertile and flat soil, made this island very bountiful. This environment made Ohara a very pleasant place to live, a paradise for its inhabitants.

In no time, Nicholas arrived at a small town. The townspeople discreetly observed him, their eyes full of curiosity. Visitors were not uncommon, but someone like Nicholas, who didn't seem to fit in, was unusual.

"It's him! Go tell the doctor!"

Someone seemed to recognize Nicholas, beads of sweat forming on their forehead. Aware of the residents' discreet observations and whispering, Nicholas didn't mind. He continued to take in the famous archaeological haven.

The cobblestone streets, culturally rich wooden houses, and the pets and children running around created a vibrant atmosphere. The people of the town possessed a unique aura—a mix of wisdom and depth that comes from absorbing vast amounts of knowledge over time.

Even the ordinary people in Ohara were influenced by their surroundings, exhibiting a deep respect and thirst for knowledge. Many young people carried thick books, while elderly folks, basking in the sun, read with glasses perched on their noses. Groups gathered for lively discussions on academic topics. Some individuals hurried along, seemingly struck by new ideas they were eager to test.

Soon, a group of people approached Nicholas.

"Are you Nicholas, the Thunder God of the New World?" asked an elderly man at the front, dressed in scholarly attire with a hat. His voice was full of vigor.

"What is it?" Nicholas replied.

"Nothing much, just surprised to see the renowned Thunder God in Ohara. Quite unexpected," said Dr. Clover, the elderly scholar, with a look of amazement.

Due to his work, Dr. Clover had interacted with many significant figures, but this was his first encounter with someone of Nicholas's strength.

As Nicholas calmly confirmed his identity, the people behind Dr. Clover expressed their astonishment, whispering in disbelief. The sea emperors seemed so distant from their everyday lives. They instinctively felt uneasy around such powerful figures, as these individuals revered strength over wisdom and could easily destroy Ohara, a source of concern for the scholars.

"May I ask what brings you to Ohara, Lord Nicholas?" Dr. Clover asked politely.

"I'm here to find someone."

"Find someone? Could you tell us who you're looking for? Perhaps we can assist you," Dr. Clover offered warmly, clearly eager to quickly send Nicholas, a potentially troublesome figure, on his way. After all, the presence of someone as powerful as Nicholas in Ohara made him quite uneasy.

"Nico Olvia," Nicholas said slowly.

Upon hearing this, Dr. Clover's expression changed briefly before he quickly regained his composure. "Mr. Nicholas, surely you must be joking. Nico Olvia is a wanted person by the World Government. How could she possibly be in Ohara?" Dr. Clover replied with a smile.

"I'm not joking at all. If I weren't certain that Nico Olvia is in Ohara, I wouldn't have come here personally," Nicholas responded.

Dr. Clover fell silent for a moment. "Well then, Mr. Nicholas, why don't you follow me to the Tree of Knowledge for a tour? Dr. Zako, could you please go find Nico Olvia?" Dr. Clover maintained a smile as he extended his right hand to invite Nicholas.

Nicholas accepted Dr. Clover's handshake with a smile, saying, "It would be my honor."

Soon, under Dr. Clover's guidance, Nicholas entered the library within the Tree of Knowledge without any hindrance.

"Mr. Nicholas, this is one of the largest libraries in the West Blue, possibly in the world. Here, you can see the cultural heritage and various books from different parts of the world and various races. Of course, certain special books and areas are restricted, but you are free to browse other materials within the Tree of Knowledge," Dr. Clover explained solemnly.

After all, some things stored within the Tree of Knowledge were not meant to be seen by outsiders. If Nicholas insisted on seeing them, there wasn't much Dr. Clover could do; his strength was no match for Nicholas.

"One of the largest libraries in the West Blue and the world?" Nicholas asked, puzzled.

"Yes, the Tree of Knowledge in Ohara is one of the largest libraries in the West Blue and the world. The reason it's 'one of the largest' is because the World Government has collected and stored many of the true historical documents and records in the Holy Land of Mariejois, inaccessible to the general public. Ohara is considered an archaeological sanctuary because it allows scholars from all over the world to freely access various historical documents and books," Dr. Clover explained. Mentioning Mariejois, his eyes sparkled with a different kind of light.

After all, while Ohara's collection was comprehensive within the Four Seas, the true cultural treasures were hoarded by the talentless swine of the Celestial Dragons in Mariejois, gathering dust.

"That makes sense. The World Government, which erased a hundred years of history, likely collected a lot of documents about that century," Nicholas said with a smile.

"The Void Century?" Dr. Clover was taken aback upon hearing Nicholas mention the Void Century. Even in Ohara, the Void Century was a conclusion reached after extensive research into many historical texts.

Dr. Clover quickly asked, "Mr. Nicholas, do you know about the Void Century?"

"I know a little. I once knew a great scholar named Daskorli, a martyr in the pursuit of historical truth," Nicholas nodded.

"Daskorli was indeed a great scholar," Dr. Clover agreed, his mood turning somber.

There have always been martyrs in the pursuit of truth. If the time came, Dr. Clover was prepared to give his life without hesitation to uncover the truth of history.

[AN- He was the guy that tried to tell the truth about the void century to the people of sabaody, but got killed by the world government.]
