Duke Radian stepped away from the scythe that almost cut his neck cleanly. 

He rubbed his neck with a smirk, "To think you are about to attack me, I am proud."

'No, you are actually sick. If you believe this as something you should be proud of…'

Alastor was deadpanning at his father's reaction, he left Zefe on his back now while surrounding himself with a barrier of Chaos Mana. 

"Why are you protecting her, hmm?"

Dark Mana started to surround the Duke, he opened his palm and soon, a black saber was in his hand. 

"We need to eliminate any obstacles, son."

'Oh but you won't, not in my watch, bastard.'

Alastor jumped from his spot after seeing the killing intent in his father's gaze. Alastor was usually calm and did not curse a lot, however, 

'My father is the one who always makes me lose control.'
