Chapter 5: #4 What are Jutsu ?
The Next Morning
Okada "Alrigth you 2 sit down in front of me."
Sukiko and Nagomo both sit down in front of her.
Okada " First things first I will explain what Chakra is, does any one of you 2 know it already ?"
Sukiko and Nagomo both shake their Heads indicating that they haven't.
Okada "Okay I understand, let me first tell you that Chakra is the mixture of physical energy and spiritual energy. You need a strong Body for physical energy, so you need to train your body a ton and you need to read and learn a lot to increase your spiritual energy. Did you both get that?"
The 2 Children Nod
Okada "Alrigth then next How do we use Chakra. To do something like this."
Okada grabs a piece of wood and burns it with her finger after showing some strain on her face.
"WHAT WAS THAT THAT WAS SO COOL I WANNA DO THAT ASWELL!"
Okada "shhh Sukiko we will get there. Now let me tell you, all living beings have chakra, yes even animals, that is where the big scary chakra beasts come from. They all have what is known as a Chakra Pathway System which guides the Chakra through our Bodies."
Both gasps fascinated by that.
Okada " Unfortunately you both are just a tiny bit too young to unlock your Chakra so we will first learn about it in theory."
Sukiko and Nagomo get shocked and ask ""WHY?""
Okada "Now now, your body first needs to mature a little bit, don't want you to not be able to learn cool jutsu right, I cannot repair the damage if you try it yourself so do not force it without me UNDERSTOOD especially you Sukiko!!"
"Yes Mom"
Okada " Now, Chakra is essential to use any kind of Jutsu, like spitting fire for example. Most Jutsu will use Special Hand Seals to manipulate our Chakra more easily. But only those with what is known as a dojutsu can see Chakra or special Ninja known as sensors can feel it."
Both Children nod again.
Okada "First of all I want you to learn all of the basic Hand seals before you learn about Chakra, I will perform them before you and you will repeat them after me and I will give you one Week time to actively learn them until you can do them without any error."
So, Okada slowly uses all of the basic 12 Hand Seal for the Children to repeat after her. The Rat Seal, The Ox Seal, The Tiger Seal, The Hare Seal, The Dragon Seal, The Snake Seal, The Horse Seal, The Ram Seal, The Monkey Seal, The Dog Seal, and the Boar Seal.
Okada "If you have any problems come to me and ask, I will be happy to help you out whenever you are stuck."
1 Week Later
Sukiko behaved properly by not trying to unlock her Chakra herself in various methods possibly crippling any chance of becoming a ninja. And she and Nagomo both sit down in front of Okada again for their next lecture.
Okada "Now you 2 Show me the Progress with the Hand seals you have so far."
Sukiko and Nagomo both perform all of the 12 Hand Seals perfectly although their speed was rather disappointing.
Okada " Good Job you two, I am very proud of your progress."
Sukiko and Nagomo both smile proudly at Okada's compliment.
Okada "Today we will get more into detail into Chakra, especially Jutsu and there are many many subcategories you should learn about as well."
Both Children nod happily
Okada "So let us begin. First of all, there is Ninjutsu one of the three main jutsu types. Most ninjutsu use shape transformation which I will speak about later with you 2 after you unlock your Chakra, as Shape transformation is hard to learn, and I have not mastered it myself. There is also nature transformation which deals with changing the ninjutsu's properties to that of specific Elements like Fire, Earth, Wind, Water, and lightning. Simply there are a lot of different ninjutsu that we will get into later."
Both Children nod yet again
Okada " Now for the next Main Categories of Jutsu. Genjutsu, which unlike in ninjutsu, does not deal physical Damage, the effects of Genjutsu are not real, being only sensory illusions experienced by those who fall victim to it."
Sukiko nods her head up and down, but nagomo asks a question.
Nagomo "Uhm, how is Genjutsu not real but u can use it that doesn't make sense."
Okada „"Good Question Nagomo, Genjutsu are fake because only the one casting the jutsu and the one affected can perceive the things happening inside of the Genjutsu something like this you 2."
[Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique]
Suddenly the Sky turns red and the rain outside splashjing agains thte windows turns crimson. Slowly sounds of a screaming woman can be heard and scratches that are slowly coming closer."
Suddenly sukiko hears a loud thud and sees the vague image of a woman on the floor.
"aqhh whats that??!"
Sukiko flips over the woman only to see the woman is a barely breathing injured version of her mother.
"mo-mom? is that you? mommy im scared"
The living corpse of her mother suddenly grabs sukiko's leg and bites into it trying to rip it off sukiko.
"ARGHHH HELP MOM MOM GET ME OUT GET ME OUT AAAHHHHH."
[KAI]
Both Nagomo and Sukiko wake up back to reality sukiko start crying

"Mom, what was that, you're alright. Please never do that again mhpph."
Okada "Don't worry baby its not real, that was all just a genjutsu i showed you."
Nagomo "I think i get it, its all imagination right ?"
Okada "Yes thats correct now lets continue. where was i? ah yes, Taijutsu. Simply put hand to hand combat. It typically does not require chakra, though you can use chakra to enhance the effects."
Nagomo "So Just punching and kicking Things ?"
Okada "No no, i mean Kind of... anyway Moving on, there are many different sub catogories of Jutsu beside the 3 Main ones i Already talked about."
