Chapter 180: Warm night (3)

Scarlet made the mistake of looking down once more. By now, she had to give up as what he asked of her wasn't an easy task. Luckily for her, what Ian planned to do in response wasn't something that she would dislike.

"Look at yourself, Scarlet. You can't question why I want to hold you so much now that you see what I do. It would be impossible for me to not want to touch you when you gaze at me this way. I am like this because of you," said Ian. 

Scarlet's cheeks showed a slight red hue, her lips were parted with his name escaping, and her hair was starting to stick to her body because of the beads of sweat that started to form. 

The bathroom was hot compared to how cool it was when they first entered. The mirror was starting to be less clear so Ian took it upon himself to wipe it with his hand so Scarlet wouldn't lose the wonderful sight before her.
