Chapter 228: Sleepover

Rose didn't get to finish her words as her lips were captured in a passionate kiss by the already fired up Richard.

Meanwhile, Grace had finished putting Charles to sleep and was back to her room. She had barely settled into her comforting bed when she heard a knock on the door.

"Arrgh! Who is that at this late hour?" she groaned as she rose from the bed.

She was fagged out and needed to shower quickly to ease her strained nerves.

Why does it look as if her peaceful days were over all of a sudden? 

"Who's there," she called out.

"Please open up, Grace," she heard Ingrid's impatient voice.

"Do you have any idea what time it is?" She flung at Ingrid who rushed past her into the room as soon as she opened the door for her.

"I came for a sleepover," Ingrid said charmingly.
