Chen Mo was meditating in his room, but one would be mistaken to think he was cultivating. Instead, he was observing the growth of his soul space realm.

He had once dismissed the idea of the soul space expanding, but now it seemed that was indeed occurring. 

Now that he was a half-step Immortal, he could sense it more clearly. The soul space was around ten times larger than when he first entered the Soul Formation realm. Back then, all he could perceive was that it was infinite, but now that his strength had increased, he could discern its boundaries and witness its expansion.

Some of the immortal qi and laws he had comprehended were taking root within the space, forming nascent stars. Though no life yet existed there, it would soon if he obtained the law of life.
