Running to enter the building, Yuri was stopped by Nikolai, who had grabbed his arm, yanking him back.

"What the fuck are you doing?" Yuri shot him a nasty, withering look. "Take your hands off me."

But Nikolai was stubborn. "No, you can't go in there. You'll get hurt again, and you might just die this time around."

Yuri's expression darkened horribly.

"Take your damn hands off me, or else I'll make you regret it." He was threatening him.

However, Nikolai wasn't fazed. "Listen to me, Yuri. You can't go in there. I'll go instead, so just-"

Yuri slipped out of his hold to rush into the mansion, but Nikolai was still quick enough to catch hold of him.

He pulled the beta to himself, locking him in his tight hold. "Yuri, you are going to die if you go in there. What the hell is wrong with you?!"
