"Energy remaining: 11%. To continue traversing space-time, please replenish energy," said Karasuki, before being swiftly stored away by Yoichi. With his current altered Ōtsutsuki-like genes, Yoichi had complete control over Karasuki.
This recent foray into space-time confirmed half of Yoichi's theories. Now, it was time to return to the village and assess the impact of their travels.
Using the Hiraishin no Jutsu, Yoichi brought Itachi back to the village and then dispelled his shadow clone stationed there.
After assimilating the clone's memories and chakra, Yoichi was relieved to find no anomalies or disruptions. Events in parallel timelines had left no imprint on his recollections. Encouraged by this, Yoichi pondered the possibility of retrieving all the tailed beasts from alternate worlds. How many chakra fruits could he consume? Perhaps he could soon rival Ōtsutsuki Shibai.
Yoichi speculated that Shibai's divine techniques might also include the ability to traverse parallel dimensions. Otherwise, how could one locate countless life-bearing planets in the universe to plant God Trees?
Turning to Itachi, Yoichi remarked, "Itachi, it's only been a day here."
"Really? That's incredible," Itachi replied, surprised. To him, their stay had felt like two or three days. Suddenly, he remembered something and retrieved a scroll. "Father, I brought back Shisui's Sharingan from that timeline. What should we do with it?"
Itachi initially intended to leave the Sharingan in that world, but he couldn't trust its Itachi, Fugaku, or even Konoha's leadership. Ultimately, he brought it back.
"Shisui's eye, huh… Why don't you consult Shisui about it? I don't need it," Yoichi said. A Kotoamatsukami wasn't particularly useful to him; unless it was something like Kamui, which had spatial properties, it held little value.
Itachi nodded. "Understood."
Afterward, the two parted ways. Yoichi visited the Hokage Tower first. As he entered, Kurenai and Rumi greeted him with radiant smiles.
His initial plan to check on the village and then meet Tsunade was quickly derailed by their eager attention. With both women looking at him with hopeful eyes, Yoichi couldn't bring himself to leave.
He erected a barrier within the Hokage office, retreating to the adjacent room, where the two kunoichi soon found themselves breathless and clinging to him, their voices echoing softly, "Sensei~ Sensei~"
Meanwhile, Tsunade was training Yoko in foundational techniques and had resumed her own training. The memory of seeing Yoichi sealed away by Ōtsutsuki Hagoromo left her feeling powerless.
Determined to strengthen herself, she had since handed over her projects to Orochimaru and focused on training with Yoko.
Yoko, though not yet of school age, showed extraordinary growth, surpassing even the most talented young ninja.
At just over a year old, she had mastered numerous gambling games and could easily lift heavy furniture. Thanks to Yoichi's genetic enhancements, sealed within her at birth, Yoko's potential had been continuously refined.
On the training field, Yoko ran laps before deciding to fetch some water. However, her path was soon blocked by a woman with twin pigtails of dark hair. The woman smiled and crouched down.
"You must be the Fifth Hokage's daughter, Uchiha Yoko," the woman said.
Yoko froze briefly before turning and running as fast as her legs could carry her. Her speed was exceptional, but the dark-haired woman wasn't an ordinary ninja. Within moments, she used Shunshin no Jutsu to appear in front of Yoko, grabbing her by the collar.
"Smart enough to run, but too small to get far," the woman teased, holding Yoko firmly.
"Let me go! My daddy is the Hokage! My great-grandfather was the Hokage too!" Yoko shouted, squirming.
"Hmph, so was mine," the woman replied with a sly grin, lifting Yoko and carrying her away. "Skip training today and accompany me instead."
"I need to tell my mom first!"
"Quiet down. I'm older than you," the woman replied sharply.
At the Hokage office, Kurenai and Rumi finished tidying up after their time with Yoichi. Despite their cooperation earlier, their rivalry reignited immediately.
One offered Yoichi tea while the other brought him sweets, vying for his attention. Their silent competition was interrupted by a knock at the door.
Rumi opened it to find Asuma standing there. "Asuma, what brings you here?" Yoichi asked, glancing at him.
Asuma hesitated briefly, casting a glance at Kurenai, who seemed particularly radiant today. Clearing his throat, he said, "Hokage-sama, I'd like to run for the position of Sixth Hokage."
"Running for Hokage, huh? Very well. Rumi, give Asuma the election procedures."
Rumi handed Asuma a document outlining the Hokage selection process. "Including you, there are now three candidates: Senju Nawaki, Uchiha Shisui, and yourself. The process begins in March next year. You'll need to report your achievements, undergo a village review, and participate in a public election. During the voting period, you can engage in activities to boost your campaign."
Asuma nodded confidently. "Understood. Thank you, Hokage-sama. I'll do my best."
After Asuma left, Kurenai leaned against Yoichi, pouting. "Yoichi-sensei, don't let Asuma become Hokage. He's so annoying!"
Yoichi chuckled. "Don't worry. Even without my interference, he won't win. His achievements pale compared to Shisui and Nawaki. By the first public review, Asuma will be a laughingstock."
"Good," Kurenai replied with relief. "After he loses, I'll make sure he gets reassigned far from the village."
Later, Yoichi located Tsunade at the training field and noticed Yoko was missing. Concerned, they searched for her. Using his sensory abilities, Yoichi eventually detected her location despite an energy barrier obscuring her presence.
Teleporting to her location, he found Yoko holding casino chips, her expression startled.
In front of her stood the dark-haired woman. Tsunade, bristling with anger, demanded, "Who dared take my daughter!?"
She rushed forward, throwing a punch at the woman. To her surprise, the woman countered with a punch of equal force. Their clash created a massive shockwave, leaving a crater beneath them.
"Stop!" Yoichi intervened, pulling Tsunade back. "Look at her closely. Doesn't she seem familiar?"
Tsunade studied the woman and realized with a start that she bore an uncanny resemblance to herself. The purple diamond marking, the facial features, even the twin pigtails—it was like looking at a younger version of herself.
"Mother, you're such an idiot. If I weren't strong enough, you might've seriously hurt me!" the woman huffed, rubbing her wrist.
Tsunade stared in disbelief. "You're… my daughter?"
Yoichi explained, "It seems like a case of space-time travel. Judging by her chakra, she's from twenty years in the future."
Tsunade, now deeply embarrassed, muttered, "I didn't know! Put me down!"
The dark-haired woman introduced herself with a sly grin. "Father, I came here specifically to find you."

"Shisui-senpai, I have something to discuss with you," Itachi said, approaching Shisui, who was busy guiding his students on a mission.
Shisui glanced at him and replied, "What is it, Itachi? If it's about training, I might not have time. I'm planning to take an away mission tomorrow."
"It's not about training. It's something else," Itachi said, pulling out a small bottle containing two Mangekyō Sharingan. "Father and I went on a journey using a special artifact that allowed us to travel through space-time."
He briefly recounted their experience, then handed the bottle to Shisui, showing him the intricate four-point windmill patterns within the Sharingan.
"This is the situation. However, Shisui-senpai, this must remain confidential. Father asked me to consult you to see what you think about these eyes."
Shisui's expression was a mix of shock and disbelief. It took him a while to recover. Then, with a wry smile, he said, "I didn't expect that in another world, I died so young—at only twenty."
After a moment of thought, Shisui added, "Itachi, keep the eyes. Use them as you see fit. I trust you. If they can save the Uchiha from annihilation and you're the son of the Fifth Hokage, I'm confident you'll wield their power wisely."
When Itachi mentioned his plan to store them in a crow, Shisui laughed. "That's one way, but replacing the crow every time you use the technique sounds troublesome. Maybe you should ask Hokage-sama for advice."
"Alright," Itachi nodded, putting away the Mangekyō Sharingan.
After wrapping up their conversation, Shisui gathered his students and prepared to return to the village. As they passed through the village gates, they encountered Danzo, sweeping the ground under a genjutsu-induced stupor.
Shisui stopped abruptly, walking over to Danzo. Activating his Sharingan, he released the genjutsu.
After several minutes, Danzo slowly regained consciousness, mumbling in confusion, "Wh-where… am I?"
"You scum!" Shisui snapped, kicking Danzo to the ground. The old man rolled several times before Shisui placed him back under a genjutsu.
Returning to his group, Shisui noticed Itachi's peculiar expression. Coughing lightly, he said, "I lost my temper for a moment. That man… he's despicable."
Itachi nodded. "I understand, Shisui-senpai."
...
At Yoichi's Residence
"Here, have some tea. Do you want something to eat?" Tsunade asked awkwardly, carrying a tray of tea and nearly all the snacks in the house.
Meeting her grown-up daughter for the first time—and having accidentally punched her earlier—left Tsunade feeling uneasy.
"No need, really. Seeing you like this feels strange. Just relax," Yoko said with a sigh, finding this Tsunade somewhat endearing but clearly different from the one she knew.
Yoichi gestured for Tsunade to sit down, then turned to Yoko. "Yoko, how did you end up here? Was it purely the power of the Ryūmyaku?"
"No, it was this," Yoko said, pulling out a turtle-shaped artifact from her pouch. "It's said to be an Ōtsutsuki treasure recovered from the sea by Konoha. It's highly intelligent and barely usable. If Naruto hadn't replenished its chakra, I might never have found you, Father."
Yoichi immediately recognized it. "That's Karasuki. Only Ōtsutsuki or those with their bloodline can use it. Yoko, I'm impressed—you've inherited more than I thought."
"Maybe it's the bloodline," Yoko said casually. "By the way, I've been training with the secret technique you left behind. Uncle Nawaki didn't use the genetic serum, so Mom injected it into me instead after I was born."
Yoichi felt a twinge of unease. So the serum was used… by another Tsunade. And just once…?
Tensing slightly, Yoichi quickly changed the subject. "How long do you plan to stay here, Yoko?"
Yoko smiled mischievously. "I told Mom I might stay a while. Is that alright, Father?"
"Of course. Stay as long as you like," Tsunade interjected eagerly, before rushing off to arrange a room. The estate had dozens of guest rooms, so accommodating Yoko was no problem.
Watching Tsunade dash off, Yoko chuckled. "Just like Mom—always the same."
"She's incorrigible," Yoichi agreed with a sigh. Leaning closer, he asked softly, "How is your mother in your timeline?"
"She's doing well—looks younger than me, even. But she avoided talking about you. Because of these eyes," Yoko said, activating her Mangekyō Sharingan. "We argued. When I became a jonin, she finally told me the truth—that my father was an onmyoji from the Uchiha clan."
Yoichi coughed awkwardly. He hadn't expected the other Tsunade to have raised their child alone, let alone one who awakened the Mangekyō. "That's my fault, Yoko. I owe you. I'll make it up to you."
"Really?" Yoko asked, her tone skeptical but hopeful.
"Of course. You're my daughter. What's mine is yours."
Yoko grinned. "Alright. I want a secret technique—like the Heavenly Strength of a Hundred Technique you gave Mom."
"Done."
"And the genetic serum!"
"Granted."
"And I want to train under you!"
"Absolutely."
With Yoichi agreeing to her demands, Yoko finally let go of her lingering resentment and embraced him tightly. For Yoichi, the undeniable bond of their shared bloodline confirmed her as his daughter.
That evening, as they prepared dinner, Yoichi's other wives returned. Seeing Yoko, they mistook her for a new addition to Yoichi's household and were visibly displeased. Thankfully, Tsunade intercepted them and explained Yoko's identity.
Once the misunderstanding was cleared, Yoko earned their acceptance. After dinner, she dragged Sasuke and Naruto off for a sparring session, but Yoichi quickly intervened.
"Not here. You'll wreck the village," he warned, knowing the destructive potential of their current abilities.
Instead, Yoichi took Yoko on a tour of the village, pointing out its differences from her timeline. As the streets quieted, they returned home. Yoko decided to spend the night with chibi-Yoko from this world, eager to bond with her younger counterpart.
...
Later That Night
Alone in his study, Yoichi reflected on the day. "This is a lesson," he thought. "I didn't even know I had a daughter in another timeline."
He picked up a pen and wrote down his resolve:
"Avoid indulgence."
After staring at the words for a moment, he sighed and crossed them out. Instead, he wrote:
"Always use protection."
