"The clan is doing well, though Fugaku has been quite influential. With you not around much this year, he's managed to sway many clan members to his side."
Kenji mentioned with a smile. Despite bringing up something unfavorable, his smile indicated it wasn't a major concern.
"There's a genius in the clan a few years younger than you who has already become a Chūnin and advanced his Sharingan to two tomoe, almost like you two years ago. Unfortunately, he's a descendant of Kagami, inheriting not only Kagami's talents but also his ideology."
"Are you talking about Shisui?"
"Yes, he suddenly left the Police Force a year ago and then joined a mission team arranged by the Third, now having advanced to Chūnin. He's another genius in the making, sadly, for the village."
"Fugaku has given Shisui a lot of support, practically seeing him as the clan's hope. However, I believe Shisui's talents still fall short of yours."
"It doesn't matter. By the time his abilities peak, I should be both the clan leader and the village's Hokage. Since he's Kagami's descendant, he won't consider betraying the village. No matter how powerful, he will have to obey."
Yōichi spoke nonchalantly. There's a way to deal with both the honorable and the deceitful. It will take a while for Uchiha Shisui to reach the pinnacle of a ninja.
By then, why should Yōichi be any less capable than someone younger?
Handling someone like Shisui is easy if they are loyal to the rules; you just use the rules against them.
"The pharmaceutical factory's savings are also increasing. Even after opening another combat uniform research facility, we still have a surplus of six hundred million ryō this year. Once the ninja game launches next year, it should start making money."
Kenji shared the earnings from the past year, barely containing his smile.
He was surprised by how much money the pharmaceuticals had made. Despite continuous spending, they still managed to save over six hundred million ryō. Moreover, the factory's profits are increasing monthly, with last month's net profit reaching two hundred and sixty million ryō.
The ninja game hasn't been released yet, but Yōichi has said it could rival the pharmaceutical factory in profitability, a claim Kenji doesn't doubt.
Decades later, collecting cards in ninja games became ubiquitous, with just the spendthrifts in the ninja world enabling him to make a fortune.
Even with several more combat uniform research facilities, the Uchiha clan could easily afford them.
"Yōichi, your talents shine in every area. Even though the ninja game hasn't started making money yet, it's just a matter of time. Just the pharmaceutical factory alone is enough for you to implement your plans."
The pharmaceutical factory's profitability surprised even Kenji, with its biggest earner not being health supplements but rather Viagra, which rarely advertised. It accounted for half the profits, with orders coming in daily, particularly popular among nobles and the wealthy.
However, for Yōichi, neither the pharmaceutical factory nor the ninja game are his main focus. He's currently waiting for the combat uniforms to be manufactured.
Despite having a complete manufacturing process, creating the machinery for Saiyan combat uniforms isn't straightforward. If successful, it could revolutionize warfare.
Apart from continuous Fire Release attacks, the combat uniforms offer impressive defense, even against explosive tags. Minor ninjutsu and shuriken can essentially be ignored.
Now, those aligned with the Second Elder, especially the militant faction within the Uchiha, hold great respect for Yōichi, including Uchiha Hikawa.
Three months ago, Yōichi and Hikawa sparred within the clan grounds. Whether it was Fire Release ninjutsu, genjutsu, or taijutsu, Hikawa lost in every aspect.
Thanks to Godzilla within him, Yōichi could release high temperatures at any time, enhancing his Fire Release ninjutsu. The battle of genjutsu boiled down to control over the Sharingan. Yōichi had stolen mental energy several times, in addition to constantly practicing sensory ninjutsu.
His mastery over Yin Release chakra had improved, giving him an edge in genjutsu battles.
As for the final hand-to-hand combat, it was essentially sparing Hikawa's feelings. If Yōichi had been serious from the start, Hikawa wouldn't have lasted three minutes.
Since then, Hikawa has believed Yōichi will undoubtedly become the clan leader, willingly following his command.
Currently, Yōichi holds no official position. If he were the captain of the Police Force, he would immediately attract a group of militant clan members.
"Let's wait for the next clan meeting then, Elder Kenji. Isn't it scheduled in a few days?"
"Correct, someone will notify you."
After finishing the conversation, Kenji thought of Fugaku, who was confident in leading the Uchiha to glory upon becoming clan leader, but unfortunately lacked the capability.
"Yōichi, if Fugaku knows his limits, try to leave him some dignity. He's worked hard for the clan."
"Don't worry, Elder Kenji. After all, he's the clan leader. He deserves to maintain his dignity."
After chatting a bit more, Yōichi took his leave.
What Yōichi plans to do next is all related to enhancing his strength.
Waiting for new abilities to refresh, attempting to train in Sage Mode, and using the power from the star stone to evolve Godzilla.
The last use of the [Demon Passport] was in the Star Village. At the time, Yōichi was on a mission in the Land of Rain, with the Star Village in the neighboring Land of Bears, making it a convenient detour.
He infiltrated the village, getting close to the star stone, but was tricked by the cunning Star Ninja into finding a fake. Eventually, Yōichi directly used the [Demon Passport], grabbing the Third Star Ninja by the neck, and forced him to hand over the star stone.
Yet, Yōichi hasn't utilized the star stone's power for training, concerned about potential risks. Hence, he ordered a body observation device, allowing Mina to monitor his training state while using the star stone.
Once the device arrives, Yōichi will begin training with the star stone.
Upon returning home, Yōichi hears two familiar voices inside.
Removing his shoes and entering, he's surprised to find Tsunade. "Lady Tsunade, what brings you here?"
It's rare for a Senju to visit the Uchiha district, making this her second visit.
Mina sheepishly explained, "Sorry, Yōichi-sama. Lady Tsunade is leaving the day after tomorrow, so I wanted to thank her for her past care by inviting her to dinner. I didn't have a chance to tell you."
"It's fine. But, Lady Tsunade, you're leaving... Konoha?"
Yōichi waved off the concern, then turned to Tsunade.
He remembered Tsunade participating in the Third Great Ninja War and leaving the village with Shizune only after she became a Chūnin.
"Yes, I want to experience more casinos and travel the world. Staying in the village is too boring!"
Tsunade clenched her fist, presenting it as a grand ideal, though Yōichi knew it was a lie.
"I had promised the old man I'd stay longer, but with Mina joining the medical team, the village doesn't need me anymore. If I can leave earlier, why stay?"
"How could that be? Lady Tsunade, your presence alone unites people's hearts in the village."
As Yōichi spoke, his gaze unintentionally drifted towards Tsunade's cleavage, not deliberately, but it seemed to attract attention like a magnet.
Noticing this, Mina glanced at Tsunade's voluptuous figure, then down at her own, puffing her cheeks in frustration.
She was determined to extract recipes and secret techniques from Tsunade before her departure.
Tsunade shook her head, "Eventually, it's up to you young ones to uphold the village. I'd better retire early. With Mina in the medical team, I can travel with peace of mind."
This likely wasn't her true sentiment. After developing hemophobia, unable to perform surgeries, Tsunade's greatest contribution to the village might be as a morale-boosting mascot, an intolerable situation for her.
With Mina joining the medical team, her medical skills, while not as advanced as Tsunade's, surpassed hers due to her physical constitution. Knowing this, Tsunade naturally didn't want to stay in the village as a mere figurehead.
"Then, I'll start cooking."
Yōichi said and headed to the kitchen, where Mina had bought plenty of ingredients. But no amount of ingredients could challenge him.
While cooking, Yōichi faintly heard Mina pleading with Tsunade.
"Lady Tsunade... Please teach me, it's very important to me... Teacher Tsunade."
"Mina, I've told you, it's all about talent."
"You're lying. You were flat as a board when you were young!"
Yōichi thought to himself but didn't intend to expose Tsunade's lie, focusing instead on cooking.

"Yōichi-san, the Hokage has ordered you to gather at the Hokage Building."
A ninja arrived at Yōichi's usual training ground with this message, then departed.
Since returning and completing his mission, two days had passed, likely concerning the assignment of Genin to his squad, coinciding with the Ninja Academy graduation day.
Yōichi prepared himself and headed to the Hokage Building.
Upon arrival, he found eight people already present, all Jōnin from the village.
One particularly stood out with his golden hair, the increasingly famous Golden Flash, Minato.
He successfully learned and modified the Second Hokage's Flying Thunder God Technique into a space-time ninjutsu suited for himself. In recent years, his missions have also been flawless, with no escape once marked by the Flying Thunder God seal.
"Now that you're here, let's discuss the ninja teams. This was initiated by the Second Hokage-"
Hiruzen started discussing the Jōnin instructors, including a lot of talk about the Will of Fire, making Yōichi want to tune out.
"Due to a change in numbers, we're adding Kakashi to this batch of graduates, Minato, Kakashi will be under your charge."
"Yes, Lord Hokage."
Minato immediately agreed, though he and others likely had questions.
It would seem more logical for Kakashi to join Yōichi's squad, given their better relationship, but he was assigned to Minato.
However, Sarutobi didn't elaborate, proceeding with the ninja assignments: "Team 1: Sarutobi Asuma , Tatami Iwashi , and Namiashi Raidō , under the guidance of Sarutobi Shinji; Team 2: Might Guy, Ebisu, and Shiranui Genma, under the guidance of Keita Matsumoto."
"Team 7: Hatake Kakashi, Uchiha Obito, and Nohara Rin, under the guidance of Minato Namikaze. Team 8: Yūhi Kurenai, Hyūga Rumi, and Tsushima Kazuhito under the guidance of Uchiha Yōichi."
The Ninja Academy's graduating class consisted of five teams this year, with the top class's twenty-seven students assigned to the nine Jōnin present.
The remaining graduates will be led by special Jōnin or Chūnin.
"Alright, if there are no questions about the assignments, head to the Ninja Academy to meet your teams. If you find any issues, come back to me for adjustments."
After Sarutobi finished, seeing no objections, he dismissed the nine Jōnin.
Leaving the Hokage Building, Yōichi was about to head to the Ninja Academy when he heard someone call him.
Turning around, he saw Minato. "Do you need something, Minato-san?"
"Actually, it's not much. Kushina hasn't seen her clan member in a long time and asked me to inquire."
Minato smiled awkwardly, then added, "And about Kakashi, Yōichi-san, do you have any advice for him?"
"No particular advice. Kakashi is a genius; just ensure he doesn't die. He'll improve on his own."
Yōichi replied, having never really coached Kakashi, only advising caution during missions.
"As for Mina, she recently joined the medical team. I'm not sure about her schedule, but Kushina can visit the hospital to find Mina."
Minato laughed awkwardly, knowing if Kushina could move freely, he wouldn't need to relay messages.
"If there's nothing else, I'll head to the Ninja Academy."
After seeing Minato had no further questions, Yōichi turned and left.
He didn't plan any tests or preach about the Will of Fire; in his team, obedience was sufficient.
Arriving at the Ninja Academy, Yōichi went straight to the graduating class, finding he was the first instructor to arrive.
"Kurenai Yūhi, Rumi Hyūga, and Kazuhito Tsushima, come with me."
As he left, he encountered Kakashi.
"Captain, what are you doing here? Are you becoming an instructor?"
Kakashi knew Yōichi had become a jōnin a year ago, forming a squad for high-difficulty missions and earning the title of Konoha's Lightning Fang in the ninja world.
"You can't call me captain anymore, Kakashi. Unfortunately, you're not in my squad. You should call me senpai."
Yōichi smiled, then asked, "Why are you back at the Ninja Academy?"
"I didn't want to, but my father said if I didn't find peers as teammates, I'd have to join the front line in a ninja battalion."
With Kakashi's talent, joining a ninja battalion would be a waste, so he had to return to the academy.
Although he had been a Chūnin for two years, his formal mission record was sparse.
Meanwhile, in the classroom, the Genin were surprised after Yōichi left.
"Kurenai, was that your squad's instructor? He looks so young."
"He seems only a few grades older than us and already a Jōnin?"
"Hey,
Asuma, didn't you say you were in the same class as Kurenai? How did you end up in Team 1? Haha."
"Shut it!"
The classroom buzzed with chatter, but Kurenai, Rumi, and Kazuhito eventually left.
Asuma felt indignant seeing Kurenai leave. He decided to have a word with his grandfather later, having been promised to be in the same team as Kurenai.

"Introduce yourselves, your names, your best technique, or what you're strong at."
Yōichi spoke to the three subordinates in front of him, two women and a man, one of whom belonged to the Hyūga clan, likely from a branch family, as the main Hyūga family would certainly not entrust their teaching to an Uchiha like him.
He was supposed to get a report card from the academy teacher, which would surely list each student's strengths, but Uchiha Yōichi had forgotten about it, so he simply let them introduce themselves.
Hyūga Rumi, positioned at the far right, spoke up first, "My name is Hyūga Rumi, from the Hyūga branch family. I'm skilled in Gentle Fist, like sweet food, dislike sour and spicy food, and hope... hope to become stronger."
Kazuhito followed, "My name is Kazuhito. I'm skilled in throwing ninja tools because my father is a blacksmith, so I often played with ninja tools as a child. I like eating grilled meat, have no particular dislikes, and hope to become the Hokage of the Leaf Village."
When it was Kurenai's turn, she said, "My name is Yūhi Kurenai, skilled in genjutsu, like snacks such as takoyaki, don't really dislike anything, and hope to become a strong ninja like Lady Tsunade!"
After finishing, Kurenai inwardly sighed in relief, almost letting slip her dislike for cake; mentioning a dislike for cake right after her teammate expressed a fondness for sweet things could potentially cause misunderstanding.
After hearing the introductions, Yōichi tapped his fingers, noting that the Third Hokage's assignment made some sense.
One specialized in taijutsu, another in ninja tool throwing, and the last in genjutsu, which were all areas of his expertise.
"My name is Uchiha Yōichi, skilled in exactly what you're skilled in. I can only ensure you don't die in ninja missions or on the battlefield, and also, don't disobey my orders, unless you leave this team."
Yōichi spoke to the three in a calm tone, making it clear that being a ninja wasn't about fun and games, nor was he a childcare worker.
While he wouldn't make them kill immediately to grow, they weren't cut out to be ninjas if they couldn't prepare themselves for it within three months.
"It's still early today, let's take on two missions to warm up, try to complete them before dinner."
Saying this, Yōichi headed towards the Hokage Building.
Kurenai and the others were wide-eyed upon hearing this, exchanging glances before following him.
They all had a bad feeling, anticipating tough days ahead under Yōichi's guidance.
At the Hokage Building, Yōichi directly found the mission department. Normally, during this period just after the academy graduation, the Third Hokage would personally assign missions.
But with so much going on in Konoha, the Third Hokage didn't have time to manage these D and C rank missions.
"Let's see what D rank missions are available."
As Uchiha Yōichi finished speaking, the mission department ninja respectfully presented two scrolls, "Uchiha Yōichi, these are all the D rank missions available in the Leaf Village right now."
Seeing this interaction, Kurenai and the others exchanged looks, sensing the respect the mission department had for their Jōnin instructor.
"Let's go with this one."
Yōichi chose a mission to clean up river debris. He considered taking another but realized they might not all know how to walk on water, which could hinder completing even this one task, so he opted against taking on more.
After registering the mission, Yōichi led them to the mission site.
"Have any of you learned tree climbing and water surface walking?"
Yōichi suddenly asked Kurenai and Rumi, but all three shook their heads, with Kazuhito admitting, "Teacher, I can climb trees, just not too high."
Explaining it's a use of chakra for tree and water walking, Yōichi noted neither Kurenai nor Rumi had learned water walking.
Opting for on-the-spot training, especially for Kazuhito who was furthest behind, Yōichi warned that failure to learn within an hour might mean a bath in the sewage ditch, a prospect that sent shivers down all their spines.
Reaching a relatively clean drainage ditch in Konoha, Yōichi demonstrated water surface walking, explaining it involved continuously releasing chakra from the soles of the feet to counterbalance one's weight.
Despite the straightforward explanation, actual learning required hands-on practice, prompting a somewhat cold reminder from Yōichi about following his orders or facing the possibility of repeating a year at the academy.
Reluctantly, the trio approached the water's edge to try water surface walking, eager to avoid further schooling.
After several falls and continuous attempts, Kazuhito finally managed to stand on water, demonstrating the high standards set by the academy during wartime, pushing students to develop real combat skills through simulated war scenarios.
Once Kazuhito mastered water surface walking, he joined Kurenai and Rumi in cleaning the river debris, completing the D rank mission in two hours, though not without more falls due to inattention.
After completing the mission, Yōichi congratulated them, particularly advising Kazuhito to master tree climbing by evening, comparing its principle to water walking but simpler, dependent on one's weight for chakra adhesion.
Yōichi then offered a personal challenge, promising a reward of one million ryō to anyone who could successfully sneak attack him, regardless of the method, as long as it resulted in him sustaining even a minor injury.
This announcement left all three shocked, especially Rumi, who had never seen such an amount despite being from the prestigious Hyūga family.
Yōichi suggested they might find it easier to attack him while he was using a shadow clone the next day, then promptly left using the Body Flicker Technique, leaving the trio feeling overwhelmed and apprehensive about their future under such a demanding instructor.
Reflecting on the day's events, they dreaded the challenging times ahead but also recognized Yōichi's intent to foster their growth, albeit through a rigorous and exhausting process.
After submitting the mission report and receiving the team's compensation at the Hokage Building, Yōichi, unconcerned with the modest reward, planned to distribute it among them the following day.
On his way back, he encountered the newly formed Team Minato exiting a ramen shop and briefly interacted with them, maintaining his distance and leaving them somewhat puzzled by his solitary nature.
That evening, every newly graduated Genin returned home, grateful for not being sent back to the academy, a testament to the village's urgent need for ninjas due to the ongoing war, ensuring even those who might not meet their Jōnin instructors' expectations were given a chance to grow within the ninja corps instead.
Back at the Yūhi residence, Kurenai's father, a single parent and adept home cook, prepared dinner, surprised by his daughter's immediate need to shower upon returning home.
He learned of her strenuous day under Yōichi's strict guidance, including the unique challenge he posed to them, promising a significant reward for a successful sneak attack on him.
Recognizing Yōichi's name and reputation, he reassured Kurenai of the valuable learning opportunity under such a talented ninja, dismissing any negative rumors and encouraging her to embrace the chance to learn from one of the village's most capable ninjas.
