"Now that my Pokemon are healed, let's go meet the Captain." I said as I started making my way to the Captain's compartment.
Soon, I was in front of the stairs leading to the Captain's compartment.
From the game, I knew that as soon as I moved forward, Blue would emerge from the compartment and challenge me.
"All right, Let's go." I said as I moved forward.
Just as I expected, as soon as I moved forward, Blue emerged from the compartment with a happy face.
"Bonjour! Dipper, Imagine seeing you here." said Blue.
"Hey, Blue." I replied.
"What are you doing here? Were you invited?" asked Blue.
"No, I was not invited."
"Then how did you get past the Guards and onto the ship?" Blue asked.
"I said I wasn't invited, but that doesn't mean I don't have a ticket for S.S. Anne."
"How did you get the Ticket for the S.S. Anne? It's something that is almost impossible to buy, and only a selected few were given the ticket to begin with." Blue questioned further.
"Even I had to use ask my Gramps for the Ticket, since he was invited." said Blue
"Well, It was all thanks to you."
"Me...? I don't understand"
"Remember when we met in 'Cerulean City', and you told me about Bill the PokeManica."
"Yeah, and...?"
"Well, After listening to your words, I went to meet him, and one thing led to another. I ended up helping him, for which he gave me his S.S. Anne's ticket as a thank-you gift."
"That's not fair." Blue cried out.
"I had to go to such lengths and even had to cash in a few favors from Gramps to get the ticket, but you got it so easily."
"What can I say, I have good luck." I replied
'To be reborn with the memories of past life, indeed good luck' I thought.
"Anyway, how's your PokeDEX coming?"
"How many did you catch? I already caught 40 kinds, pal. Different kinds are everywhere."
"Oh, I only caught 12 kinds."
"ONLY 12!!! why? You should catch more Pokemon if you want to become a successful Pokemon Trainer." said Blue.
"Crawl around in grassy areas, and look hard for them. I am sure you will be able to catch as many Pokemon as me." advised Blue.
"Yes, I will try harder" I said.
"What about your Pokemon? Are you training them regularly?" with another question Blue asked.
"Of course, I train my Pokemon daily." I assured him.
"Oh Really, then let's have a look," said Blue.

Again I chose to use <Vine Whip>, but before Weepinbell could perform its move, Blue withdrew Wartortle and sent out Kadabra in its place.

After Blue switched his Pokemon, Weepinbell used <Vine Whip>, which knocked out half of Kadabra's HP.

I chose to use <Vine Whip> again, hoping that Weepinbell would outspeed Kadabra and would perform its move first, but to my disappointment, Kadabra performed his move first.
Kadabra used <Psybeam> which was super effective and knocked out Weepinbell.

After Weepinbell fainted, I chose to switch to Charmeleon.

Kadabra again used <Psybeam> and a critical hit, which almost took all of Charmeleon's HP.

While I used <Fire Fang>, which reduced Kadabra's HP to 0.

Looking at the notification, I chose to forget <Fury Swipes> move and learn <Slash> in its place because the maximum number of 5 times dealing a maximum of 90 damage but that is only if it hits 5 times.
While <Slash> deals a total of 70 damage and has 100% accuracy compared to <Fury Swipes>, which only has 80% accuracy.

I chose to use <Fire Fang>, but before Charmeleon could perform his move, Raticate used <Hyper Fang>, which took all the HP of Charmeleon.

After Charmeleon fainted, I chose to send out Gyarados next.

After Raticate, Blue sent out his last remaining Pokemon, which was Wartortle.

Again with <Crunch>, I knocked out Wartortle too.

"Anyway, I heard there was a CUT Master on board. They say he even teaches <Cut> to Pokemon, But he was just a seasick old man."
"<Cut> itself is really useful. You can use it to cut down small trees. Yup, it'll be handy."
"You should go see him, too. Smell ya!" said Blue as he made his way to the exit of the ship.
"Now that the battle is out of the way, Let's meet the seasick Captain."
Moving up the stairs, I was inside a compartment where an old man was sitting while holding a bucket full of strange liquid.
'Shouldn't have looked.' I thought regretting my decision to look inside the bucket.
'From what I remember, I just need to rub the back of the Captain and I would feel better.'
Walking up to the Captain, I rubbed his back.

I continue to rub his back for some time.
"Whew, Thank You, I'm feeling much better now." said the Captain as he pulled his face out of the bucket.
"Who might you be, young man?"
"I am Dipper, a Pokemon trainer. I heard about you. You are the Cut Master?"
"Indeed, I am the famous Cut Master."
"Do you come to see my hidden CUT technique? I would have shown you my prized CUT technique if I wasn't so ill..." said the Captain.
"I know! You can have this." he said, moving to his desk and taking out a device similar to a TM.
"This Hidden Machine teaches CUT to your Pokemon, and you can see it CUT anytime." said the Captain as he gave me the HM.
[You obtained HM01 from the Captain]
"Using CUT, you can chop down small trees. Why not try it with the trees around 'Vermilion City'?"
"Now, excuse me, I need to make preparations for the ship's departure." said the Captain as he went up to the map pasted on the wall of the compartment and started doing his work.
After getting the HM, I didn't waste my time lingering around and exited the Captain's compartment.
While moving towards the exit of the ship, I stopped in my tracks.
'Maybe I should go around the ship one more time in case I missed something because after I exit the ship, The ship would depart from the city, and I wouldn't be able to come back.'
Thinking that, I double-checked all the compartments and corners of the ship in case I missed something.

Other than a trash can in which I found a Super Potion, I didn't miss anything.
So, after a final look, I exited the ship.
Right after exiting the ship, it started moving, and within minutes it was gone.
'I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't exited the ship?'
'Would the ship stay in the 'Vermilion City', or would I have been gone with the ship?'
After that, I made my way to the Pokemon Center in the city.
