Chapter 371: Gunshots (2)

A man with a mask on his face questioned the two men who were now lying on the floor with blood pooling underneath their bodies. 

"We—didn't mean to, boss!" One of the men cried as he held his left leg which had been shot. "We really didn't. We were aiming for Noah Nelson, just like you asked us. But then that woman jumped in between and pushed him on the floor." 

"Not once did we plan to shoot her…Aarggghhh!!" The man screamed in agony when Master Roman pressed his boot on his wound where the bullet was still lodged. 

Master Roman sneered and said, "Who cares about that? Whether you meant to or not, it doesn't matter! Because at the end of the day, you shot her!" 

"Not only did you shoot her, but you also ruined my entire plan! Idiots." 

"Fucking bastards." He kicked the man who screamed in agony, before turning around on his feet and storming out of the warehouse.
