Chapter 5: Itachi's graduation: Hayabusa fights the kumo nin
Since the day it was opened the ninja academy han been making certain exceptions such as if you can't use ninjutsu but can use tai-jutsu than we shall see if your worthy if you can use only your clans abilities than that's okay and if you can use techniques so advanced that normal genin can't use than you can graduate in advance of your class although itachi and i were only in our third of our six years we wete both eligible for this rule however because I wanted to acclimate to ninja life plus I didn't want to make my friends feel insecure.
It was during the day that Itachi graduated that the kumo emissary came to the city he wanted to meet with the hyuga clan at the time Naruto and I had been spending the night with Hinata due to her inviting us over for a sleep over.
" H-hey Hayabusa-sab what kind of flowers does Naruto-kun like?" Asked Hinata.
" Hmm how about water lilies he loves water lilies." I said to her this was while Naruto was sparring with neji who was surprised to see Naruto use the same motions as that of the gentle fist his aunt used due to the forms being similar to that of tai-chi chaun fa the truth was that in reality Naruto learned the style from me at an early age along with Long fist Boxing also known as chang-quan-fa some kyoku-shin-kai and some shotokan which I had taught to Naruto for self defense practice when asked what the style Naruto was using was called I replied it was called sui-ken or water fist due to the motions being fluid like water and supple yet strong like a raging torrent.
After we went to bed of course Hinata and Naruto went to bed in the same room while I feigned sleep in the living room the kumo emissary came to try and kidnap Hinata only to find me standing before the door in my name sakes ninja gear which consisted of a black shirt black pants a pair of ninja shoes with the toes closed a pair of gauntlets with retractable talons a pair of greaves with hidden blades and a mask that covers my face on my back was a four foot tachi sword.
" The first person to try and enter dies." I said.
" Ha you and what army." Asked the ninja.
" I don't need an army; I am an army." I said and I drew my sword the first kumo nin came from beside me I used a side thrust to impail his heart the second that came lost an arm due to me using my gauntlets hidden talons.
" Augh!" he cried and he glared at me "lightning release great thunderbolt!" he said and went to shot a thunder bolt at me.
I dodged it and came back focusing a ball of chakra into my palms as I called out " wind release: hirai-dama-rasengan!" I shouted and fired off the ball of whistling chakra at the man he cried out as the ball nearly crushed his chest and sent him into the garden outside.
The last man spoke "your not a man unless you can fight hand to hand!" He goaded me and then assumed a fighting stance I retracted my claws then I shoved my sword and smirked " let's see you try and fight me?" I said.
The man came rushing me with a left hook and a right straight but I slapped both aside and when he went for a uppercut I countered with a jab to his chin fallowed by a body hook then I grabbed his arm and pulled it into a joint lock before using a sweeping low kick to take out his arm and his Achilles tendons.
The man cried out in pain as I broke his arms and tore his tendons the man stood weakly I smirked as I span around and delivered a back spin kick to his balls.
" Augh ah-ah-ah-ah-ah." He cried out in pain before I kicked him in the neck with a spinning crescent kick.
The man cried out in pain as his neck snapped in half and I was using only half my strength.
Then I heard the cry of anguish from inside the room and the sound of poof as the memory of my shadow clone cleaving through a kumo nin's neck while the clone dispersed so the two little ones didn't see me.
After which I disposed of my ninja gear and washed myself and my weapon's clean of the blood.
After that the hyuga clan was upheld that kumo would violate the treaty to steal their princess also they were surprised to learn that I had done in the ninja who were all at least mid jounin level of course I was already strong enough to be considered high jounin level.

' holy crap I added an extra thousand to my status from beating those jounin isn't that too broken.' I thought.
After this the raikage demanded that we bring the person who killed his men but the hokage wouldn't have it he told the raikage that it was he who violated the peace treaty by trying to kidnap Hinata and he also told him that he had no right to demand we hand over the killer since it was his men who made the first move and drew first blood.
The raikage was furious he thought his plan was fool proof but when he realized that the hokage wouldn't back down he realized that it didn't matter how hard he tried he was in the wrong right now and he had to back down but not before he said.
" I want the namikaze boy who killed my men." Said the raikage it was a bluff sure even though it was true.
that's when the third hokage flared his killing intent he said.
" The moment you try and touch him is the moment you die." Said sarutobi.
sure hiruzen was a pacifist but even he had his limits and for the raikage to threaten an academy student was just petty to threaten a child and kidnap a girl that was just low,
a man should never harm either woman or child that is just a matter of course.
Later in the academy.
" Itachi Uchiha you have proven you are strong enough to graduate from the academy and you can now take the graduation exam." Said iruka sensei
" Thank you iruka sensei." Said Itachi the eight year old was cheered by the girls he walked over to izumi Uchiha and smiled at her with one of his genuine sweet smiles and poked her forehead.
" I'll be waiting for you." He said.
The girl blushed and Itachi walked away.
" Eh that was nicely played itachi-kun." I said.
" Thanks I learned from the best." He said.
" Awe I'm not that great." I said in a playful tone.
" Why didn't you want to come with me." Said Itachi.
" Well I got to make sure izumi isn't hounded by other boys now or else we may have some drop outs in the next year...if you know what I mean." I said the last part with a smirk and a cocked eyebrow.
" I'd pity the day of conception of the poor person who makes a move on her." Said itachi and with that he left
