Checil got so many reports between the 12th floor and up to the 15th floor. She could see the patterns and knew that Rigel was planning to get rid of all the Players. It was impossible to catch him since he could move to a different floor as he pleased, and there would be no way for anyone that could stop him.

"Are you sure it was him? The Angel of Death is actually Rigel the Non-Player?" Alice looked at Checil with a confused look.

"Yes. He only moved around the lower floor and never made a scene above the 20th floor. He appeared out of nowhere and he did the exact same thing as Rigel the moment he went missing. The answer to that is because he hasn't climbed the tower above the 20th floor, and he has finally decided to climb the tower which is why all of this is happening right now," Checil explained as she looked at the reports.
