Chapter 234: In The Dining Table

After a while, they finally arrived at the mansion. The familiar, comforting scent of delicious food greeted them as they stepped inside, lightening Lucien's mood with the anticipation of the meal Amane would soon serve.

However, as they reached the dining room, the unexpected happened. Seated at the table were not only Cassius but also Tritons, Charlotte, Egeria, and Rosetta.

Amane and Seren were busy in the kitchen, preparing the meal.

Lucien squinted, his mood souring slightly as he took a seat beside Brigantiea. Across from him sat Tritons and Rosetta, further irritating him.

"You're still here?" Lucien's tone was less than welcoming.

"Hm? The temple isn't finished yet, and the village attack was less than two weeks ago. Isn't it better for me to stay?" Tritons replied casually. "Also, I'm here to visit my hometown."
