Chapter 25: The Party!
As Zhao Tian stood atop the building, his hair being gently tousled by the cool breeze, he directed his gaze toward the building opposite him. A deep frown settled upon his face, "Seems like Chi Miya's uncle needs some help from this old man who is a cultivator…"
He muttered looking through the window of their room and saw Chi Miya's Uncle respectfully bowing to the old man. "Quite cocky for a Soul Astral Stage. Even though he is quite low-level, he is well respected." he mused.
*ring* At this time his mobile rang and he answered the call "Oldman?" Li Jie spoke from the other side: "The Chi family never had any connection with Cultivators till now and I am sure the sisters are unaware of these cultivators."
"I see.." Zhao Tian spoke and a sigh left Li Jie's lips "Don't play around with these families, Tian. I already warned you."

vroom Zhao Tian drove the car into the mansion and as he drove inside, he saw Chi Miya standing at the doorstep wearing a gorgeous blue dress matching her hair.
Zhao Tian got out of the car and Chi Miya quickly walked over to him "Tian…" A slight smile appeared on Zhao Tian's lips seeing the dress perfectly covering her body not showing off "You look good. Modest and Classy. I like it."
Chi Miya's eyes softened upon hearing his compliment and she couldn't help but smile "Thank you, Tian." she spoke, and looking at him she giggled "You also look dashing. I wonder how many boyfriends are gonna lose their girlfriends tonight."
Zhao Tian chuckled hearing her teasing "Come on, let's go." With a nod, Chi Miya also entered the car with him.

vroom As Zhao Tian drove the vehicle towards the luxurious hotel, his eyes were captivated by the grandeur of the surroundings, the area filled with many high-class people exiting the car. He also noticed some cultivators hiding within the crowd for protection.
tap As Zhao Tian and Chi Miya came outside, a woman quickly approached them. "Maam." Chi Miya nodded her head seeing her PA. The woman gave a little bow "I'll park the car, Maam."
Zhao Tian tossed the car keys to her and both Zhao Tian and Chi Miya entered the hotel.
As Chi Miya stepped inside, a wry smile played on her lips as she took in the opulent decorations and extravagant embellishments that adorned every inch of the space. "They sure are rich…"
Zhao Tian turned his eyes at her "Don't talk as if you are poor." Chi Miya giggled softly "I prefer to be simple."
gasp Zhao Tian could hear audile gasps from each side as they walked inside. A handsome young man and a beautiful woman walking in as a couple.
"Miya, seems like everyone is mesmerized by your beauty." hearing his remark, Chi Miya's eyebrows twitched "Don't joke around, Of course, they are shocked seeing you. You are just too handsome to be honest."
"Everyone's eyes are on us because of you." Zhao Tian just smiled upon hearing this.
"SENIOR ZHAO!!!!" "ZHAO TIAN!" He heard some yells from the crowd and he gave a nod seeing the university students who were also invited to the party for Fei Ziyu's birthday.
"As I heard from Shui'er, you are really popular!"
A little bit later, both of them settled in a place from where they could observe the party. The area was bustling with waitresses gracefully moving around, attending to the guests by serving them a variety of beverages.
Zhao Tian leaned back sitting comfortably "It's really boring. Everyone is so concerned with their 'status' amongst the other guests and it really becomes a bunch of douchebags being phony to each other."
Chi Miya let out a sigh "I also hate parties, but an invitation from Fei Corporation. So I couldn't just ignore it. Sorry, I also dragged you with me."
Zhao Tian shook his head "No, don't feel bad about that."
Suddenly he felt a piercing gaze on him making him frown and as he sensed who it was… it was a middle-aged man. 'Curious about me or something?'
clap At this time, the main show arrived. The spotlight gracefully shifted its gaze towards the captivating figure on the party stage, none other than the stunning Fei Lingxi, grabbing the attention towards her.
Zhao Tian chatted with Chi Miya for a while as the party carried on with Fei Ziyu cutting the cake and Fei Lingxi yapping a bit.
Chi Miya was taken aback looking at the people who had just arrived on stage, each of them holding different musical instruments "They even hired this popular band for entertainment."
At this time, Zhao Tian heard a sweet whisper caressing his ears "Are you enjoying the party, Tian?" Zhao Tian gently turned his head "Ziyu!"
